The staff was super friendly and helpful. Knowing that we are staying to celebrate our anniversary, they upgrade our room, where it is super spacious and awesome. We have an extremely pleasant stay here. Will definitely come stay again! :)

Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and also very spacious. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Very good breakfast, most of them were delicious. The sauna room was very small and the service time was very short.

overall okay. however, they took my deposit and it will take only 7-14 day to refund. i Stayed Nikko HCM they immediately refund my deposit. The sauna also has timing for ladies usage :(

Stayed for 1 night. Service staff were very friendly. The hotel’s bakery shop is popular. Pyjamas are provided in the room!

Sauna is available only for during 18:00-23:00 for men, and daytime for women. Also, area is not very large. Breakfast was delicious, but not very luxurious.

I used to stay in Okura Taipei but this time I tried the sister brand Royal Nikko which is also cheaper. Everything is good. With room dehumidifier and even shoes dehumidifier. Save my problem during the rainy days. Just the room is smaller yet it's fine for me as I travel alone.
