Hotel Relax V recensioner

Location is good which is close to the airport express train but far from Metro station. You will have 1 TV for each bed. The toilet is really small, not enough room for people who is taller.

Overall is fine except the room a little bit smaller, the hotel provide lounge but at a hidden area

Hotel relax 5 is well located inside taipei, near taipei main station, Ximending area and most famous tourist destination.

Location is perfect near to a lot of food establishments, Family mart, 7/11 and more ********* restaurants. 5-6 minutes walk to Ximending walking district. The hotel allows you to drop your bag at the lobby while waiting for your check in. Will definitely book again.

Comfortable stay nearby Taipei station. Will come back again.

Fantastic location- just a few minutes walk to Taipei Main station, and surrounded with plenty of food, great breakfast places and shops. However, the room is quite tight for 2 pax- hard to open the luggage. The space is fully optimised by having the hangers at the top. The toilet bowl is superb with Japanese warming seat style.

Great location, 10 mins walk to mrt and ximendeng where all the food and night time shopping is there for you to explore. 7/11 is just a few meters away just in case you need anything. The hotel was allright. The only thing that could be better is if there is no light leaks from the roller blind.

Good location. Was staying at relax 2 and shifted to here due to 2 full house. Nice food around the areas but room not too big. But enough for couple. Not much walking space and luggages

Front is nice, provides 24hr check in. It’s good but also bad in some cases that this hotel is located between ximen station and Taipei main station.

Everything was great. First of all, we loved the location, which is near the main station and walkable to Ximending. The room was sparkling clean even though it was a bit on a tiny side and the pillows were a bit too thick for us. Good amenities with drinking water, tea, coffee supply on the lobby floor. The locker room was also surprisingly amazing since we could keep our luggage securely and conveniently after we checked out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel is worth going back and undoubtedly recommendable.

Location is fairly convenient, walking distance to Taipei Main Station via Z10 exit through the underground shopping mall. However it's only stairs here at this exit. I got a single room and it's really small, even for 1 person. Clever use of lots of mirrors to make the room feel bigger but overall still a very small space. Bed is firm, room is clean but reeked of stale cigarette smell, probably from years ago. Basic amenities are provided. Open wardrobe concept is good. They provide refillable water station on L1 as part of the green measures. Hotel can also arrange for airport transfers to Taoyuan Airport at NTD1300 per way for up to 4 pax. They also offered free beer but it can only be redeemed at their sister hotel, Relax II, a short walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful, I was impressed the front desk gentleman could remember me and informed me that my car pickup has arrived just as I stepped into the hotel after going out for breakfast. Unfortunately the room quality is not up to mark for me, they'll need to do some refurbishment to the hardware, including those carpet outside the room. I'm glad it's only for a night.

The hotel is right next to the Taipei Main Station. The location is rather quiet at night and there are many homeless people sleeping around the stations and the street. But generally, it is a hotel that fit for purpose especially you have early flight to catch.
