Love the location, which is away from the hustle and bustle of Taipei Main Station or Ximending but still very close by. Room size was more than adequate, great service by housekeeping and reception too. Breakfast selection was quite good too, except that I was there for Fu hang soy milk.

Room is very new, clean and tidy. Laundry room is available with digital payments. Location is close to metro - Sindo Temple with only 2 mins.

Looking a bit dated. Location is excellent. However, for the price it is charging - amenities are a bit lacking. I understand about being green but they could put the amenities in a central location for collection rather than omitting everything. Probably won’t be staying here in the future.

The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city. Perfect for travelers looking to maximize their time in Taipei.
Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The rooms and common areas are spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐
While the basics are well-covered, the hotel lacks certain amenities like a dehumidifier and gym. These could significantly enhance the overall guest experience, especially in Taipei's humid climate.

It has always been my family's first choice to stay in Cozzi Hotel Zhongxiao for my trip to Taipei. The location and convenience are second to none, and the choices of breakfast are quite a lot and suitable for both kids and elderly. The nice and decent room are just right for us. The park nearby offers a nice place for my family especially the kids ro enjoy and relax. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again!
