Grand View Resort recensioner

Hot spring was nice. But overall overpriced. The restaurant and breakfast were not worth the price. Staff members were rigid and not accommodating.

The staff asked for the extra charge for my son’s stay who is 6 years old, the extra charge is not acceptable and unexpected as we have paid for 3 via trip.com. The Chinese restaurant is fully booked and we have to order the food take away to the room and all the food become cold when we start to eat. We would expect the information more accurate and better service!

Everything is prefect! The view and service are on point :) the breakfast is excellent too

Excellent hotel and services.  Great for family

For the price paid for the stay, I would expect a higher level of service. Upon arrival at the resort, there was no one to assist to carry the luggages. Check out time is earlier than most hotel at 11AM. Any extension requires additional money. Food standards at the Chinese restaurant had dropped . Breakfast variety had not been as good as before.

Very impressed by kind service of all staffs. Specially thanks to Mr Chen's personal driving for us to downtown. Hotel is located a little far from the central but exceptional kind service of Mr Chen can cover everything Thank you again

Excellent onsen facilities, both communal and in-room. Staff are very attentive.

The room is supreme and comfortable when you need hot springs anytime. The location was far beyond the city or city. The view was excellent for photo taking for the background.

They don’t serve buffet for breakfast. They only served western or ********* style. It was bored if keep on eating the same food every morning.

Beautiful space, spacious room and most relaxed hot-spring bathtub in the room.
