Rumshygienen är inte i nivå med våra femstjärniga hotell i inlandet som vi känner det, eller ens trestjärniga. Jag planerade ursprungligen att stanna i två dagar När jag checkade in den första dagen, var jag tvungen att ändra min resplan för nästa dag och åka till Alishan. Jag förhandlade med hotellet via Ctrip-plattformen för att avboka rummet för den andra dagen Efter att ha kommunicerat med Ctrip-plattformen kontaktade jag aldrig hotellbokningscentret (det var en helgdag på söndagen) som jag sa att jag kunde gå till receptionen för att förhandla med de tre parterna Jag var mycket nöjd med Ctrip-damen från början till slutet. Bara receptionspersonalen på Grand Hotel fick höra att jag ville checka ut till dem, men han vägrade att sluta. Yuanshan marknadsförs som ett exklusivt boendehotell, men receptionen är helt oacceptabel. Det fanns inget leende alls. Jag garanterar att det här är sista gången jag kommer att checka in, även om damen på Ctrip-plattformen förhandlade i 30 minuter utan resultat. Jag är fortfarande väldigt tacksam över att ha tagit emot deras varma service och förklaringar.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. This hotel is a museum. There are a lot of great art pieces. Very unique, very pleasant. The view, service, tour, food and music made my stay so special and enjoyable.

Overall experience was good. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a terrace offering a view of Taipei nightscape and planes landing and taking off. Guided tour of secret passage was also worth joining for those who are interested in history of Taiwan.

This hotel is unique. It has history, a stunning composure,overwhelming entrance and could not be missed. The balcony is huge. The hotel corridors are wide, yet the room size is not overwhelmingly big. Despite the hisotry, the hotel has been well kept . Go visit the souvenir shop on the ground level next to the reception, you will find something unusual to bring home. .

This was a towering hotel at the top of a hill. Reasonably priced and super nice--the lobby is incredibly elaborate, with a lot of restaurants and shops. Also check out Meet Bar in the basement level. It is incredible.

Great food at their restaurants and always good service. Very magnificent place to stay! Highly recommended for all travellers in Taiwan.

It's my dream to stay at the Taipei Grand Hotel due to the movie "Eat Drink Man Woman". Now I have finally fullfilled my aspiration, and there's nothing to complain about. That said, the hotel staff members I've encountered were all very friendly and helpful, this hotel has a special touch of tranqulity to it, hard to explain, just loved it.

It is a wonderful hotel in the Taipei city,I love the surroundings,a lots of tress and also a few trails to the Main Street. I had a wonderful time in the hotel, I hate to leave it and I wish I could stay longer.this hotel treats tons of guests everyday,so make sure to be prepared for the weekend crowd.the breakfast is great,however the dinner is over priced with unpleasant food in my own opinion. I highly recommend you to go to Shilin night market hunt the local food.the hotel employees are very helpful and polite.the hotel offers free shuttle buses to connect between the hotel and Yuanshan MRT.overall this hotel worth to stay.
