Happy with my stay and feel safe because you need a sensor to be able to use the lift . The downside was the toilet , it’s a bit old and the exhaust fan was loud . And the table was facing the bed so I need to cover the mirror when I go to sleep. Overall , good experience .

If you like Japanese style business hotels and Japanese food, with polite and friendly service, this hotel is perfect. There is a Japanese restaurant Ootoya in the building. Clean quiet room, great service, no problems, will be staying here again. I really like the front desk staff. I stayed there for about 10 days and they made me feel welcomed. They were efficient and polite.

I like the Japanese restaurant at the hotel. I booked breakfast on the second day of my stay, when the female staff insisted that the breakfast was booked on the last day, we asked her to check our booking (& check from my mobile if she likes, but she ignored our suggestion). I just hope that she could work based on facts on paper, rather than second guessing then just told the guest her own understanding- this is just a minor communication issue. Other than that, the housekeeping ladies are very nice, breakfast had good variety, room is clean.

Excellent location, it is at the intersection of two MTR lines and a lot of bus lines. A direct airport bus stops in front of the hotel. It is a popular hotel chain in Japan, there is a Japanese restaurant on site that has reasonable price and a coffee shop. There is a mini night market around the corner of the hotel. The facility is a little aged and room is not big. But the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay in the same hotel next time.

They will turn the central air-conditioning to hot air mode when the outside temperature drops to below 16c, no matter how hot the indoor temperature it is. Very rigid and poor management of the hotel. They will not clean the carpet everyday. Very poor sound isolation. You can feel the wall vibrating when the staff is doing cleaning at the room next to you. ［reply to hotel’s reply] To make it simple, you reply means no matter how hot the room temperature it is, fix it yourself. The inside room temperature is high and I can ensure that no one will sleep well. Good luck to all residents. There are dry leafs on the floor before and after the staff tidy up the room. For second time, there are the piece of biscuits on the floor before and after the staff cleaning up the room. You reply is doubting on the guest who tell you the truth. You never review and assess how good your cleaning services you provided. The poor reply showed how arrogant the hotel management and its attitude. Again, good luck to all users who plan to choose this hotel. 只要外面天氣冷，他們就會開暖氮。無論房間多熱甚至超過25度，房間根本熱到睡不著，他們都無法改變。請訂了房間不要後悔就好。 房間的地毯肯定不是每天都有做清潔。看評論之前也有人投訴。我住的第二天發現地上有一塊乾葉，出去回來你們收拾完那塊葉子還在。第二次是地上有餅乾碎，也是回來後房間其他收拾好但地上的餅乾碎還在。他們的回應是檢討投訴的人，而不是檢討清潔工作是否有做好。態度有夠傲慢的。

The room was really typical for a Japanese hotel. Tiny but cosy, minimal space but got everything you need. Toilet has bidet system so that’s neat. Helpful reception enabled us to save loads on taxi fare, pointed us in right direction to nearest night market for good local food. Lots of cafes near the hotel that I should have checked out too

The location of the hotel is good.

The location is moderate, the room is very clean and comfortable, and I like it very much! Will consider coming again。

Well managed and good value for money. Its a bit older and rooms small, but functional and efficient.
