Hittills, under mitt fjärde besök i Taipei, är detta det överlägset bästa hotellet totalt sett vad gäller pris, närhet, läge och bekvämligheter. När det gäller frukost har jag inga kommentarer då jag valde vistelsen utan den. Hotellet ligger mitt emot Taipeis centralstation och det är super bekvämt om du reser mycket med tunnelbana eller HSR. Hotellets källare är kopplad direkt till Taipeis centralstation och du behöver inte oroa dig ens på regniga dagar. På källarplan har du tillgång till ett brett utbud av japanska restauranger och andra matställen. Starbucks och Tim Ho Wan ligger också inom räckhåll. Bakom hotellet finns det faktiskt en hel del små matställen och stånd. Du kanske vill ge det ett försök om du gillar att äta som en lokal! Det finns alldeles för många matval nära detta hotell. Du kommer aldrig att gå hungrig. Hotellrumsrenlighet och bekvämligheter är bra, inget att fela på. På andra sidan märkte att det bara finns 1 tvättmaskin och 1 torktumlare inom hotellet vilket är mycket begränsat. Förhoppningsvis kommer det med tiden att bli fler eftersom det är mycket bekvämt för långtidsresenärer att få tvätten här. Priset är också mycket rimligt, 50 twd för tvätt och ytterligare 50 twd för torkning. Vilken bra affär! Bara för att lyfta fram för bekvämligheter, måste du ta dig från hotellets disk eftersom de inte tillhandahåller inne i rummet, t.ex. kam, duschmössa, tandborste och tandkräm etc. Sammantaget är detta hotellet jag gillar mest och jag kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka för att bo på detta hotell igen i tid framöver!

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated, given that it is a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, I was given a room that was different from the one I had booked (Metro Room instead of Superior double room). When I approached the front desk to address this issue, I was told it was a “free upgrade” which was not mentioned during check in. The front desk manager even mentioned that the metro room feels smaller and understands our concerns. Despite this, we decided not to request a room change since we were only there for two nights. The front desk manager had a stern demeanor throughout our conversation, which made the experience even more unwelcoming. Later that night, we encountered another problem: the shower water would unexpectedly switch to scalding hot without any adjustments, and when we tried to cool it down, it turned ice cold. Additionally, the shower area had an old, musty smell, and the toilet seat has a yellowish hue that was quite unpleasant. While the blackout curtains were effective in blocking light, they did not cover a specific part of the room, leaving us with an inconsistent sleeping environment. I must say, the location of the hotel somewhat salvaged our experience, as it was conveniently situated. Moreover, the concierge staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with booking a taxi when we were leaving. Overall, the hotel feels very dated and in need of significant renovations. I had hoped for a much better experience, especially given that this is a 5-star hotel, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations.

Caesar Park Hotel Taipei is my go-to choice every year when I visit Taipei. The breakfast selection is great, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff are always professional, providing excellent service that makes the stay even more enjoyable. A consistently reliable and comfortable hotel—highly recommended!

Great location. Close to Taipei train and metro station and in the central of the town. The hotel has lift going to the metro level which is a plus to us.

Super convenient . If coming by train. Roof top garden has great views

The location is nearby the Taipei main station right after exit M6. But if you carried the heavy, I wouldn’t recommend cuz there is no elevator on the exit M6, I need to take another exit. There no amenities on the hotel cuz they said it’s an environment friendly.

it is a very outdated hotel to be considered 5 star. felt more like an average 4 star hotel. I guess its close proximity to Taipei main station gave it its legacy 5 star rating. also credits to housekeeping for regular daily cleaning of room. downsides: double bed was queen size. was really expecting a king size for a 5 star hotel. headboard above bed was extremely dusty to the touch, and led lights tend to flicker randomly. bathtub + shower is an outdated concept, small shower area to stand in the bathtub is so uncomfortable. furnishing generally looks outdated. worst of all, when all lights are switched off, only a creepy red light (probably from the smoke detector) remains lit right in front of the mirror facing the bed. makes you feel like something gonna jump out from the mirror. horrible experience. you're better off paying a similar price by finding a 4 star hotel which is 2-3 stops away from Taipei main station, potentially bigger rooms, a more comfortable bed and newer fittings.

The room that I was allocated in this same hotel when I returned to Taipei was better than the first. At least the moldy smell was not there. The room seriously needs to be upgraded.

Location is perfect, however room is a bit small and a small window. During cyn, it doesn’t have many shops open up around the area for breakfast and we need to take train for 2 stations to get good dinner.

Breakfast is yummy and location is very convenient. Bed was very tidy but the room is too hot. Not able to adjust the room temperature.
