I only stayed here for one night, but overall it was a surprisingly nice experience. Personnel is really nice and welcoming, the room is well equipped, the bed is comfortable. The metro station and Shillin Night Market is really close, and everything else you might need. A minor issue is that I stayed here in March and it was quite chilly in the room, but overall great value for money!

We love the location of the hotel. Our room has a city view and bathtub. They cleaned our room every day and changed our linens. The location is not crowded and is walking distance to an mrt station.

Good location within walking distance to Shilin night market and Jiantan metro station. Complimentary snacks & drinks in fridge. Nice bathtub for my room too.

We spent a comfortable 5 nights in this hotel. Rooms are a nice size, warmly furnished and comfortable double bed! Bathroom is spacious with separate bathtub and shower. No meal options but many food places or convenience stores very near. A nice thing was the water dispenser and a coffee machine for guests downstairs.

The location is great, close to metro station (around 5 minutes walk). Renovation in room is kinda old fashioned, but neat and tidy.

Although a basement room, but doesn't feel eerie or humid at all. Very good cleanliness. All basic amenities are provided and even snacks are free (biscuit, crackers, soda, and mineral water), they even have a free coffee maker at the lobby floor. A bit pricey for a tiny room in view of at strategic location & Taipei City, it is acceptable. Downside is WiFi is weak and phone signal reception is also not good maybe due to room location at basement.

It’s just okay. Bathroom is good, but there’s hair on the pillow. That makes me wondering …

The hotel is very clean and the room that we booked for a couple of days was awesome. Staffs were kind and can speak english. They were very helpful and they won't let you wait longer when you arrive at the hotel. Their service was great. Complete toiletries, beautiful room. The bathroom is so spacious with hot and cold shower. There's a glass division, where the shower area is separated to the toilet area. Nice 🛁 and very comfortable. Our bed was so comfy and perfect for a rest after a long day of sightseeing and walking around taipei area. We had a wonderful experience in beauty hotel and definitely will come back again. By the way, the hotel has a nice small lounge and a section where you can make a coffee for free. Plus they also has a water refilling station so you don'tneed to buy water from outside. The location of the hotel is also perfect because it is near to Jiantan train station and surrounded with lots of restaurants, bakery, coffee and tea shop and 7 eleven.

Very nice hotel woth good staff.a tall and young staff on night duty explained to me on the booking of train to hualien. He also helped me book the train and key the entry at the nearby Fanily mart after his shift with me. Very happy with hiis service.
