Beautique Hotel recensioner

Hotel is located in a quiet alley of Tianmu district. Not so convenient as the nearest MRT Shipai station is about 30 minutes walk from hotel. There are some bus routes connecting the MRT line and also one to Yangmingshan national park. The nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes away. In view of this, getting around in Taipei is different compared to HK and without Google map it’s almost impossible. The hotel facilities are quite old. Amenities are sufficient and good place for rest, also great to see my room is well equipped with a HK type wall socket saving the need for travel adapter. A very small laundry and gym are on rooftop and need to walk from 6th floor. Service is not bad and staff are responsive, and thanks for their speedy resolving my room doorlock issue. Room rate was reasonably cheap for xmas holidays. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes are also nearby. Overall everything good.

For a 4 star hotel, it was very disappointing. The room was very humid and the bathroom moldy.

Guess it has been badly hit by the Corona Virus. The famous breakfast, the famous 24 hours coffee have been removed. Very disappointed. The very important issue is the room small. We have been directed to the second level room , the cigarette smell is so strong that I immediately ask for immediate room change. Hope they can improve the room cleaning and also improve the renovation which also looked dated. The plus point is that the room rate is reasonable. The location is good too. Looking forward to bring the breakfast back, and the full day coffee service back.

The hotel was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The space is tiny and the sheets were really old. Other than that it’s a good value.

酒店設施比較殘舊，而且有少少不乾淨的感覺，例如毛巾有污跡，位置也遠離遊客區，但職員的服務態度很好。

飯店比較老舊，整潔方面有待加強，窗簾打開灰塵滿天飛，浴室沐浴與洗髮的容器擠出口都是污垢，棉被枕頭床單仔細看其實使用多年，已經不是白色了，潔癖嚴重者請慎選。

帶媽媽去入住的，臨時有外宿需求，平日當天才訂的房，房間不大，但是價格很便宜，應有盡有，甚至房間內還有小辦公區域可以使用，算是不錯的商務旅館

原本以為無窗房開了空調會好一點，結果空調風量很小，介於有跟沒有之間。 後來加了300元換成高等房，結果空調還是很小，幸好有窗戶不然真的很悶。 棉被較薄，要厚一點的記得跟櫃台要。 飯店在巷內，150cm以下才有機械式的停車位停車。 唯一可取的大概就是洗澡水熱吧 有開車來的話，記得看看自己車子能不能停，不然附近的停車位很難找。 沒意外不會再拜訪第二次。

飯店附近的生活商圈還滿方便的，若是開車就需自行找停車位比較沒那麼便利。 這一次住的房型是豪華房有浴缸的房型，一進去房間偏小 ，看起來不像有29平方米，沒有行李置物架，只能把行李箱放在地上，但因為空間不大所以行李箱攤開後就不好走路。 按摩浴缸的尺寸蠻大的不錯，但就是浴室一進門的設計有點卡如果比較胖的人應該是進出不方便😅。 然後床頭邊櫃桌是有附一個充電延長線，但是那個USB的部分是無法使用的，所以我還是先擦自己的插頭在加USB線才能使用。 最後唯一讓我有點驚嚇的是，在準備睡覺的時候我才把棉被拉開，結果看到黃黃一顆一顆的東西，打給服務台他們竟然說那個是起毛球，但我真的覺得不像，因為床單跟被套單上面掀開的位子同時對應位置都有，而且還有汙漬，但時間實在是太晚，而且又是假日可能也臨時找不到其他住的地方了吧而且又是假日可能也臨時找不到其他住的地方了吧，只好請他們重新更換床單還有被套。 所以我覺得飯店整體的清潔管理可能是真的有需要加強的。 整體感受下來本來對這次的旅程滿有期待的，但是最後的那個被套實在是很無言，而且事後退房，飯店也沒有針對這件事情再對客戶的感受做關心，這應該是對這次住宿感到遺憾的部分。 然後自從疫情後他們的餐廳是沒有在供餐的唷，所以在這邊附註給大家。 最後會給兩顆星的評分是希望飯店真的可以在精進清潔跟服務的部分。

在天母寧靜的小巷弄中，環境清幽，附近就是天母商圈，走幾步就可以購物採買，生活機能佳，CP值很高的住宿。

房內設施很棒 有免治馬桶跟浴廁內電視及浴缸 衣櫃也有自動亮燈模式 十分貼心 櫃檯人員親切 而且24小時 服務十分到位 推薦入住

位置算好的！旁邊有很多小吃美食可以吃！還有辛巴克可以喝咖啡！是不錯的選擇！如果開車要早一點去找車位！

在這個地段算是對得起它的價錢，雖然房間不大，但應有盡有，也謝謝老闆剛好樓下有停車位，不然真的這個地方位子真的很難找
