Santos Hotel recensioner

Location is ok, near the train station and 7/11. Cleanliness is not so ok.

We stayed for two nights. The service at the front desk was good, but the room was a bit old. Fortunately, we were not visiting in the summer, otherwise it would have been extremely hot. There was no air conditioning in the room or it didn't work. The room was very dry and uncomfortable, but it was not hot. The water is sufficient and great for taking a bath

Hotel location is good but the hotel is too old and need to do a renovations. Breakfast is poor and service is below expectations. Do remember the check out time is 11 am which is not the norm . If u need extension there is no flexibility and u need to pay 500 for per hour extension. I stay 5 days and the staff don’t even let me extend 1 hours . Service to guest need to be improved

Close to Dome Expo, and the very popular hotpot restaurant. 7-11 just next door, very convenient place.

It looks like a really old hotel but its still pretty well maintained. Staff were helpful and nice, room was nice and the tiles on the bathroom wall were kinda cute in a vintage way. Only complaint is that the toilet bowl leaked from the bottom at the end of the visit.

The location and service are excellent. This hotel is close to the metro station and night market. The service is professional. However, this is an old hotel. Noise from next room is sometimes loud. If you compromise the location, you may find a newer one in a similar price level.

Check in Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out staff not friendly or helpful. Basic hotel. Close to MRT Station.

I recently enjoyed a stay at The Santos Hotel, which, despite its age, offers comfortable accommodations. Located in the heart of the city, it provides easy access to attractions, restaurants and transport. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, thanks to the friendly staff. While it may lack modern design, the hotel's comfort and convenience make it a good affordable choice for anyone visiting Tapei.

Friendly and helpful staffs. It was my second visit to this hotel. Very competitive at this price point with such convenient location and cleanliness.

The hotel is good and we have complimentary a bottle of white wine. The only is due to big occasion so the price of hotel is very high demand and expensive.

I chose Santos hotel because all its rooms have windows. I got a regular sized hotel room with 2 twin beds, Location not in a busy part of town which is ok. . Hotel is not new but the room was clean, sheets and towels were pristine white. Generous with bottled water, coffee, tea in sachets. Staff were very helpful. Carpet can do with shampooing. Bedskirt needs to be replaced. A 5-10 min walk to the train station, very convenient. From the airport I took the bus, got off across the hotel and just walked short distance. Took bus going back to airport. Was able to go to bus stn via the train. Pics show view from my window and bus trip sched.They serve buffet meals. I would recommend this hotel for these reasons.
