Due to an equipment malfunction in the building during your stay, we worked continuously with the building management on the day of construction to coordinate and resolve the issue. We successfully restored elevator operation by the afternoon of the following day and urged the building management to address the problem as quickly as possible, prioritizing the convenience and comfort of our guests.
