I recently had the pleasure of staying at Han Sh Business hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble for the attentive team. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Our room was a haven of comfort and elegance. The decor was tastefully designed, featuring a classy and very luxurious design. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless upon our arrival. The bathroom was equally impressive, with luxurious fittings and a deep soaking tub that provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. Situated just a five-minute walk from Ximen Mrt station, the hotel's location is ideal for accessing ximending district. We appreciated being within walking distance of numerous cafes, shops, convenient stores, and restaurants Overall, our stay at the Han She Business hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and a prime location make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Taipei. We can't wait to return.

I cancelled and forfeited my full payment. I booked without checking that it’s a home stay so PSA to everyone that this is listed as a home stay. Apparently, on trip.com app, the only way to identify a home stay is that instead of stars, you will see circles, next to the accommodation name. Summarizing my 30 mins experience here: 1. There are many steps and obstacles leading to the hotel. There aren’t full slopes including the lift. 2. Extremely small lift, claustrophobic. 3. There’s no keycard, anyone can access the building. 4. Upon arriving at my floor, i noticed that there’s a mix of flats & ‘hotel’ rooms. (once again my mistake didn’t know it’s a home stay) 5. Room is small and don’t look identical to the photos. 6. Can’t control the aircon manually 7. No additional amenities like toothbrush etc 8. Room is not clean. 9. Room & building both give of a really weird vibes. Thus I’ve decided to leave the accommodation regardless if they are going to refund me. I am usually really easy with accommodations - safety and cleanliness. With such an affordable rate, of course i’m not expecting a luxury hotel service/quality, but this is really way below my expectations. Just want to share my experience here for other travelers to think twice before booking a really affordable accommodation :)

I booked the superior room and while my first impressions were good, I thought the bathroom was a massive disappointment. The bath had a massive rusty chip where you stand and the shower was just a hold while you stand in the bath job. The shower holder was about knee high to a dwarf and there was no shower curtain so water got everywhere every time. The deadlock also didn't work on the main room door.

We did not regret booking Han She Hotel. It was accessible. It was comfortable. It was safe. Their lobby is on the 4th floor, but the elevator is on the first floor, and you can directly go to your room. As a tourist, all that really matters is having a safe, decent, and comfortable place to stay — and it’s near transportation, food, and stores. It’s also rather clean. There are just small roaches in the bathroom - near the shower. That’s just one thing. But they give you fresh towels and new toiletries everyday. Their towels are great. We booked the superior room. We absolutely loved it. It’s in the middle of Ximending. There’s a restaurant downstairs that opens at 7:30. It’s near bus and stations. We absolutely loved our decision to stay here. Wonderful location with many famous food store around. Close to the metro station and Ximen shopping area.

The location is perfect.  The room is clean.  The only downside is the bath tub without shower curtain.  This makes the toilet all wet.

Han She Hotel made our stay in Taiwan great! The room is spacious and clean and the beds are soft and comfortable. They also gave us extra pillows so I had a real comfortable sleep. The water flow is strong, too, so there's no problem with showering and preparing the bath. The staff are friendly and accommodating, too! If there's something I'd comment on, it's the aircondition that's centralized and located near the door. If your bed is far from it, it might take a longer time to feel cold. My friend who slept on the bed near the door was feeling cold while I was feeling warm on the other bed 😅. The room eventually cools through the night so we didn't think of it as a significant problem. Overall, a great hotel for the price we paid for several days in Taiwan. I'd stay here again when I come back. I highly recommend it!

Great location with worth price stay.

A lot 5 star local food in the area

Convenient to mrt..just below got a great price for massage. Too bad the bonus we got 1000 twd cannt redeem anything..

The hotel is at the heart of Ximen walking area. you can access all kinds of shopping, food, road show at all time. Check-in is quick and effective. Room is exactly the same as shown on web site. Spacious enough to open 2 x 28 inches suite cases. High CP ratio.

Located few minutes walk to Ximenting, 2 massage centers beside the hotel, many convenientShop and food around.

Crocoaches in the toilets. The bed still have the plastic covers and making sleeping very uncomfortable. The TV are not working well with poor audio. But location. Very convenient

The rose pillows they set out on the bed was dusty and smelled moldy. The towels smelled Dewey and were dusty. The tub kept filling up with water when showering.
