The room is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the location is superb, directly across the street from Ximending, offering exceptional convenience. Numerous restaurants are located near the hotel.

Reception and staff were very friendly and kind. Moreover, the location was perfect for transporting and shopping. I love this place and highly reccommended!

Clean and newly renovated hotel, their lift very small only can fit 4 people with 3 small baggages.

We found some insect in the room after noticed them, housekeeper coming to fertilize them AND SMEEL SO BAD and SMEELY then i called them again, they ask housekeeper to clean up the room. Quite disappointed on the way of solve an issue. Don’t they think how we stay on the room after fertilize. WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. NO HEATER. BLANKET IS THIN. ROOM IS NOT CLEAN ENOUGH. THE SERVICE MAN ROBBY WHO RESPONSE FOR LUGGAGE LEAVE AND CLEANING UNCLE ARE POLICE AND SERVICE MIND. ONLY LOCATION THAT WAS GOOD TO CHOOSE

My to go hotel when i visit taipei. Good location easy to find and near to XMD.

Location is really fantastic. It’s just right at ximending, close to everything basically. Rooms are renovated. Receptionist not so fantastic.

We stayed for 3 nights and love the location it’s just across Ximending where you can get everything, restaurants, souvenir shops, street food, shopping area, entertainment. It’s also close to Ximen station just 5 mins or less walk. I recommend this place.

Booked 2 rooms with no windows. The hotel did not disappont. Exceeded my expectations. They do daily cleaning and staffs are very friendly. Will surely recommend this hotel.

Great location and spacious room. But the bed too hard and pillow too flat.

The hotel is located in Ximen, just outside of the Ximending shopping area. There are many shops, convenient stores, small eateries, and foot massage place. It is quite a vibrant area. The hotel is very clean and the room is quite spacious despite its very affordable price. There are also hot water dispensers at each floor. Highly recommended!!

Great location for Gen Z. The room was clean but rather small. The toilet bowl water was stuck on the first day we checked in. They have to activate a senior lady to pump the water level. Good thing that my wife helped out in seeing the old lady was struggling with it. Hence, I may consider staying in this Hotel but provided they fix the toilet issue. 

Solo traveler in Taipei, stayed for 15 nights. Great location, close to 2 MRT stations. Also on the popular Ximen area but right at the end of a busy street, you get the great location but without all the noise and busy-ness of being right on Ximenting. Plenty of things to see within walking distance. Nearby bus stops as well. Good service, the staff is pleasant and helpful without being intrusive at all. Very efficient check-in and check-out process. Comfortable room, felt clean and was made-up everyday. Little things like complementary water was very appreciated.
