Very responsive to quests regarding the room, and the staff are friendly and approachable. The staff are quick to help too. We had some requests regarding storage of luggage since our flight was sometime later than our check-out time, and they kindly acceded to our request. This hotel is a reasonable walk from Taipei main station too.
They also had a service where you can order ********* dough sticks / soybean milk at the counter a day before, though we didn't use it (see picture).
Overall, will recommend this hotel.

Clean amenities and very helpful staff. There are even free snacks and cup noodles for all guests. Will recommend to any solo or business travellers!!

Great value stay, and this hotel offers free self serve laundry! They also offer free instant noodles after 10pm!

Check-in time needs to be adjusted especially for those travellers who have morning flights. The rest are good specifically the location and amenities which provide great convenience for the guests.

Clean and compact room good for 1-2 pax. Comes with snacks and bottled water. Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay; thanks!

The overall living experience is great. It’s 10 mins walk from the MRT station and shopping mall. However, the toilet flushing sound from upper floor and the vehicles passby the hotel can be heard clearly as well.

Excellent service from the staff team, they are attentive and friendly. We very appreciate their helpful suggestions on where to eat, shop and tourist attractions etc.
Two spacious double beds comfortably fit for 2 adults and 2 children. Nice tooth brush, especially the cute one for kid.
We enjoy the free snacks, including noodle cups, crackers, chips, fresh coffee and tea.
Floor carpet and towels are dated, would be very good to replace them.
