Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

Although the hotel is not new, the room is well maintained. The only downside is the location, there isn’t much food options nearby and the food at the hotel restaurant is just okay.

就是台東遠了一點，那魯灣大酒店真的可以讓人待上一整天都不用出去，唯一一點需要改進的只有早餐用餐人數實在太恐怖，光排隊進場就花半小時，早餐豐富選擇性也多！未來到台東應該也不會想找其他飯店，住那魯灣就對了

飯店硬體與服務人員沒有什麼問題，只是覺得年輕員工在職教育需要再加強，可能我運氣不好遇到夜班櫃檯，泳池櫃檯的對應非常不好，女兒唸的是酒店附近住宿學校，所以我們需要常常去台東探望女兒，希望下次入住不會再遇到不愉快的事

飯店的氛圍很好，服務很棒！從大廳到房間都非常乾淨整潔舒適！這次訂房有選擇早餐，餐點豐富多樣好吃！整體乾淨衛生，補菜速度也很快！很好的體驗👍

設施雖然比較有年代感，但入住經驗很棒喔，也是親子友善空間可以使用的設施非常多種類 服務人員親切有禮貌 入住的體驗非常好👍

我們已經很多年到台東參加CT，都住在娜路彎，過去都是和朋友一起，感受沒那麼深刻。這次只有我們家一打三下去，就很明顯的感受到地點的不方便，二天的行程中，有好幾次需要往返會場到飯店，飯店沒有提供接駁車，台東也沒有uber, 我們都只能坐計程車來回，很不方便。其餘，飯店有很大的泳池、三溫暖、spa、遊戲室..這些都很棒，整體來說，未來如果是夫妻一起下台東，我們還是會首選娜路彎，如果不是，可能就得另行規劃。

到達的當天晚上，大廳有現場演奏，讓人感覺非常放鬆，房間很乾淨舒適，早餐非常豐富，是值得推薦及回訪的飯店

房間很大，床很舒服，整體來說算可以，餐點還好。 設施:SPA區域有些鈕是壞的，蒸氣室的地板都是青苔，很容易滑倒。 早餐:人很多供量不足，連荷包蛋都大排長龍，一次只有煎9顆，等了好多輪。 下午茶:有提供房客免費下午茶也算不錯，只是招牌上有標註特調花茶，但卻找到花茶，問了服務員都說沒有。
