location not very good. very quiet at night and not many restaurants around. staff is not very attentive and not friendly. hotspring is nice.

Nice hot spring hotel with various outdoor pools. one pool is for hot spring water, which is delivered daily by truck. Very good breakfast. Local restaurants near by. By bus it's about 30 minutes to the Jhihben National Forest Recreation Area. Taitung is even closer.

Great location.breakfast and cleaning

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Fuli resort , service is excellent , room very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool and the diffferent hot water and spring water soaking facilities were so comfortable ! Location is a bit remote but hotel is very nice , service was expextiinal !

Overall is good. Breakfast is pretty good.

Location was 8min drive from station. It was the newest and most modern hotel in zhiben I feel. It could be 5star standards. The hotel comes with the hot spring which was a really good highlight of trip. I try hot spring in zhiben out in town and it wasn’t better than the hotel’s. That’s how nice it was. Breakfast was repetitive. Can be improved with more varieties for consecutive days. Room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable bed. This is my first and only choice to stay in zhiben.

Spacious room, but poor sound proof - friend staying beside our room could hear us laughing.

Everything is great. But there is not much to do nearby.

在知本大馬路上，有室內停車場，房間隔音不錯，但有點灰塵，還有一點管線味道，梯間地毯味道比較重一點，早餐種類多元蠻用心的，用餐時間快到服務人員來提醒用餐事項及時間，我覺得服務人員很用心，態度親切非常加分

建議早上有時間去游泳，人比晚上少很多。 雙人床的雙床房都有四份浴巾、毛巾，正合適兩大兩小的家庭，冰箱裡也有送的果汁和零食，很貼心～

房間乾淨、地點雖不算極為熱鬧，但一出來的馬路麵攤、熱炒、超商、飲料店都算足夠。飯店整體員工（櫃檯、泳池及餐廳服務人員們都十分的親切且專業！👍 泳池和溫泉池等設備也很不錯，全家都玩的蠻開心❤️。下次來玩會優先考慮入住。

酒店早餐很多樣化，很用心準備 附設停車場也很方便，自駕遊的人不用擔心停車問題 酒店房間裡面打掃的很乾淨，只有放置在房間的杯子，可能很久沒人用，裡面都是灰塵要用時一定要再清洗乾淨即可，床很柔軟好睡，酒店裡面也有游泳池泡湯spa 池，推薦給來知本的朋友可以來住這間酒店很棒！

飯店設施都很新維持的也都很好房間的擺放夠乾淨，前台也都服務得非常好，整體的感覺分數高的早餐也還不錯CP值很高，整體讓人覺得是一間很及格的飯店，有一點遺憾就是沒有溫泉，只是一般的渡假旅館
