謝謝飯店幫忙升等到銀河酒店入住❤️
房間很大 乾淨 衛浴設備也很好 尤其是花灑頭 水壓夠
熱度也剛好 到ㄧ樓美人湯泡湯後 回房再作沖洗 真是太舒服了🥰🥰
飯店在晚上8:00-10:00還提供甜湯和零食 給住客
真是貼心！對了！大廳還有現場音樂演奏喔！

隔音很差 隔壁來了有小朋友的家庭~ 從六點多入住 小朋友就在吵鬧 七點多時告知櫃台轉達請他們小聲點!! 到九點多吵鬧聲又來~ 我直接過去開罵 父親說櫃台沒有告知要他們小聲點… 我還跟那父親吵了一架…

透過trip訂房，年後雙人房價格2000元上下，
今天很幸運
年後平日周二升等雙人雙床房，一進來房間很大，
一個人有兩顆枕頭，獨睡一張大床
而且床很好躺，不會太軟（喜歡硬床）
空間感很舒適，空調沒有奇怪味道
（很多保養很好的飯店都難逃空調氣味這關）
雖然沒有我原先企盼的壯麗山景，
加上天空雲層後，沒機會看到滿天星空。
但是一樓有spa池，還有兒童遊戲區，
晚上八點使用水溫39度跟41度，
人少包場spa區很爽快
入住賓客可以在一樓享受簡單輕食，
晚上在一樓大廳聽真實人類彈奏鋼琴，很享受。
若要說缺點，離台東市區有15分鐘車程，
沿路路燈不多
建議吃飽後就回飯店，或直接在飯店吃晚餐

以這個價格來說，早餐比預期豐富，而且還有SPA 池，孩子們玩的很開心。小缺點是房間冷氣不知道為什麼很冷，後來只好關掉

飯店服務人員態度良好，飯店晚間有提供點心、甜湯供享用。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪軟硬度適中。是會再次選擇入住的飯店。

評價要從一開始預訂娜路彎銀河行館後，被告知「由於入住期間尚在整修，已提供房間升等服務。」開始說起⋯
1.對於入住退房時間有點小小驚訝及希望可以有所調整
（16:00入住；11:00退房） 對於長途奔波到台東來說，可以快點進房梳洗整理一番趕快出去玩是滿跟時間賽跑的一件事（很多地方無光害😂）錯過了陽光就麻煩了
*不過是可以先到飯店寄放行李的，這點完全無疑慮！
2.飯店大廳挑高天花板，舒適的沙發座椅還有貼心提供給商務人士辦公需求的高腳桌椅，以及用來迎賓的特選鹿野紅烏龍茶及奶油鹹香口味爆米花🍿整體感覺舒服又貼心👍🏻特定時間大廳還會有現場演奏的音樂家讓旅客大飽耳福❤️
3.飯店分別有三部電梯供使用，入住的三晚很少有電梯需要等很久的情況（就連1/1元旦當天也是哦～）
4.娜路彎集團的飯店提供很多活動跟設施，軟體部分：由於飯店彼此間相鄰不遠，活動幾乎都是方便參加的，而且只有少數是需要付費的，這點真的很讚耶👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
（台東行如果剛好遇到天候不佳，不無是個選項）
我們這次就選了特調研究室、高爾夫球體驗！
硬體部分：銀河酒店內附設游泳池跟大眾溫泉SPA，還有娛樂方面有麻將房*2、打switch、還有大型電玩機台
算是滿豐富的！還設有親子互動的小空間供小孩玩耍！
5.飯店房間：這次訂的是豪華雙人床型（內有兩大床！！！！！）迎賓的特色飲料-洛神蜂蜜氣泡果汁飲👍🏻
及椒鹽口味的雪餅。而且我們的房間有陽台～
雖然看出去的景色普通，但視野還是有種遼闊感！
《床》不會過軟過硬我們幾天睡下來覺得軟硬度適中
《枕頭》是羽絨芯枕，這個我就比較沒辦法適應
《棉被》蓋起來舒服保暖
《空調》不會過熱過冷，設定好就不會再有溫度變化（有些飯店的就是會忽熱忽冷的）這點超優！
《插座》現代人手邊越來越多需要充電的3C設備了，這個房型真的是完全不用擔心不夠用（但我也只充手機*3、平板、電動牙刷）
《免治馬桶》冬天冷冷 恆溫94讚👍🏻
《淋浴間》有一般蓮蓬頭🚿還有頂上花灑 水量足，溫度夠熱（我對淋浴的要求算中高級吧🤔）
《吹風機》這點小可惜，吹風機本人雖然不是那種需要一直按壓著的開關，但卻是需要使用特殊三孔完全不同的插座。有人洗澡時也無法拿出去使用⋯需要的話可以自備！
《盥洗用品》使用義大利進口的沐浴露、洗髮露。洗起來感覺還不錯～
《隔音》覺得還可以，唯獨某個早上有聽到別房傳來小孩的嬉鬧聲（我們是遠離電梯房）
6早餐部分：餐點滿豐盛的，有達到多樣性，可讓不同口味的旅客都能挑到一種來吃。 其中也很多當地特色餐點，例如：紅烏龍茶葉蛋、鬼頭刀魚鬆、什錦海鮮粥、歐式酸種麵包、初鹿鮮乳⋯等等。令人驚艷的是居然還有自助切仔麵、冰淇淋櫃（泰奶、榴蓮） 熱食的部分個人覺得還好。但我看也是滿多旅客喜歡的～
總結以上住宿體驗，我個人大推👍🏻 跟男友說好了下次去台東玩，要再入住其他房型😍
