Excellent location, just few minutes walk from Taiyuan Railway Station, many bus stops and taxis right in front of the hotel. Staff are attentive.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with another friend. Immediately when we checked in the service was very nice! We speak mostly English and they went out of their way to help translate and bring us to our room. The room, however, did not feel the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug and chair, the bathroom smelled slightly like eggs, and the hotel door needed to be slammed shut. I would recommend this place for people who are budgeting, want to stay close to a train station, and are not staying for too long!

賓館位置不錯，房間趕緊衞生，前台服務也很好，尤其大堂經理王倩，入住時會遞上茶水，辦好如果會引領上房間，晚上貼心詢問是否需要小米粥，第二天早上會告知當天的天氣情況，服務很到位。

帶着對山西太原的嚮往不遠千里從冰城奔赴而來，到的時候已是風塵僕僕，一身疲憊。當到達華苑賓館，立時覺得它超出預期的好，首先前台小姐姐熱心而温暖，由於很晚，我沒找到吃晚飯的地方，她給我盛了熱乎乎的米粥。住處乾淨整潔，設施齊全，暖氣熱乎乎的。就彷彿回到了家，總有一盞燈為你點亮，一碗温熱的粥等你來吃，一池熱水等你洗去旅途的疲勞。

酒店出乎意料的好。位置出行方便，有停車場。前台小徐態度熱情，為過年出行我們送上新年小禮物，每天提供小米粥。房間乾淨整潔，打掃衞生的大姐十分利落，待人熱情。酒店的早餐種類豐富。是出行的不二選擇。
