This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Rome. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Rome, as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. We are just back home from Rome and our week stay in the hotel could not have been better and so pleasant. The location is perfect fabulous for ease of getting to and from Airport by bus. The staff is helpful, we had a very late check in and the man in the reception was so nice and helpful even it was 23:45. The room was spacious and we also booked a room with free mini bar – Fantastic and recommended !! Breakfast was very good. A lot of varieties: hot cold food, pastries fruits coffee tea, so tasteful. 這次入住體驗簡直太棒了！尤其要給酒店前台的工作人員瘋狂點贊！從前台辦理入住開始，就能感受到滿滿的熱情與專業。工作人員面帶真誠的微笑，耐心細緻地解答我提出的各種問題，還主動介紹酒店的設施和周邊好玩的地方，推薦的美食也都超合口味，讓我對這座城市有了更多期待。 入住期間，我臨時需要加被子，一個電話打過去，前台立馬安排工作人員送過來，速度快得驚人，完全沒有讓我多等。退房時，因為趕時間，前台工作人員高效處理，還貼心提醒我檢查隨身物品，避免遺漏。離店後發現落下了一副耳機，抱着試試看的心態聯繫前台，他們不僅幫忙找到，還細心地幫忙打包，安排快遞寄回，全程沒有一絲不耐煩。 這些點滴細節，都讓我感受到了酒店對客人的用心。前台工作人員專業、熱情、負責，真正做到了賓至如歸，下次來這座城市，一定還會選擇這裏！

當出租車在青石板路上緩緩停下，我看到了很大氣的門頭和大廳的裝飾，本以為衹是旅途中的短暫停留，卻在這一天內被無數藏在細節裏的温柔打動。 推開房間的木門，落地窗的夜景，還有給準備的水果，而且水果都比較新鮮，口感極好。最讓我驚喜的是，床頭的閲讀燈三色温調搭配可摺疊完畢，讓我在深夜翻開，我暖恰好鋪書葉，而不打擾枕邊的安眠，酒店的服務就像江南的春雨潤物，細無聲卻無處不在。早餐時光是每日最值得期待的儀式。開放式廚房飄來現磨豆漿的醇香，廚師會根據客人口味做麪條，早餐品種有很多種的早餐還是自助的，吃多少拿多少的那種.離店那天突然下起大雨前台立馬撐着傘把我送到車上，山谷始終是傾斜在我的頭頂，自己半邊身子卻靈的透視。當汽車轉過拐角時，後視鏡裏的酒店漸漸縮小成水墨畫中的剪影。但那些隱藏在細節裏的温暖卻愈發清晰。好的，酒店從不是鋼筋水泥和，冷的容器，而是旅途中的温暖驛站謳印酒店，是用無數個精心設計的小動作，讓每個顧客都能在這裏找到屬於自己的歸屬感。當行李箱的工人再次碾過不同的城市的街道，我總會想起那個曾今住過的謳印酒店，想起那些會讓人心一笑的細節。原來，最好的服務從來不是刻意的殷勤，而是把客人的訴求悄悄的放在心尖上的温柔。 所有出差的朋友都值得擁有
