Ryokan Shinsen recensioner

Shinsen Ryokan is one of the most amazing ryokan that my wife has ever visited. The service is impeccable. The staff were all highly attentive and are often highly anticipatory of our needs. The hotel re-defines luxury. The cuisine that is part off the meal plan is exquisite, the ryokan has an extensive wine and saki cellar. That was kind of wasted on us as both my wife and I do not drink.Unfortunate. We would have thoroughly enjoyed the curated collection otherwise. We stayed in the "Kumano" villa. It was lovely with an amazing garden. All villas come with private onsen which was wonderful for my wife and I who are foreigners who are uncomfortable with using public baths. The ryokan is also conveniently located within easy drive to the famed Takachiho Gorge. We were excellently cared for by our assigned host, Megumi who worked tirelessly to make our stay comfortable. It was an amazing experience. It is an absolutely 5-Hoshi experience through and through!
