Very nice hotel close to ropeway station and Zao onsen town. Walking distance to the shrine, famous onsen bath and shopping streets. The room very clean, staff super friendly and breakfast and dinner spread are very good!

Onsen Hotel room too hot. But it location is new other facilities. Front desk is very helpful.

Excellet location - just across the street from one of the slopes.  Convenience store also just steps away.  Highly recommended!

Excellent location with free shuttle pick up service from Zao Onsen bus terminal. Great variety of meal selection.

Nice place to stay near restaurants. Staffs are very helpful even though we have arrived late for dinner checkin later going fir dinner first. Having Ugata (Japanese traditional dress) for us to wear either. Big room however there is no private bathroom. Onzen has comfortable and nice.

Very helpful and friendly receptionists. Showing us the attractions and even helping us to get a discounted ticket into the Zao Onsen Dairotenburo. Room was spacious. The hotel Onsen was good too.

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel. Location was convenient, very near to the bus station (maybe 5mins walk) and gondola to the top. With the help from the information counter at bus station, we were pick up and dropped by the hotel transport which was great during winter. Room we stay was tradition Japanese style (floor beds). Toilet was very small though. Quite old hotel but well maintained. Dinner was great 👍🏻
