The location is near the station, and the hotel is relatively new. However, what I need to emphasize is that the service attitude at this hotel is really, really bad. Having stayed in many hotels across Japan, this one is by far the worst.
The staff can’t even speak basic English, making communication extremely difficult. They just keep speaking Japanese without any effort to help. Moreover, they are incredibly rigid in their approach.
The staff never smile at all. When I inquired about breakfast, they didn’t even inform me that I could pay extra for it—just a simple “sorry” and nothing more.
In short, don’t stay here.
位置就在车站附近,酒店也比较新,但我需要重点说的是,酒店的服务态度真的很差很差,在全日本住过很多次酒店,这一家真的很差劲。服务员基本的英文也不会说,沟通非常困难,只自顾自说日文。且非常非常死板。然后服务员根本不会微笑。
我提出早餐,服务员也没有告知可以另外付钱加早餐,直接sorry一句。
总之 别住吧
