They did not send me details to check in and insist they did after I contact the customer service at 2am after staying outside in cold for an hour Checked all my email and junks/spams I confirm I did not receive any further info abt check in informations

Do not stay at this hotel. The owner is being taken to court for housing illegal immigrants in unsafe properties. You will book, arrive, & if you can’t enter you won’t even get a response when you call. You’ll be waiting for a refund for a long time. The bedsheets aren’t even changed. The owner (Dawn Hennessey) is deluded in believing she is a ‘good person’ when in fact it’s quite possible she’ll be in prison soon for all she has done. Do not stay here!

I had a one night stay at this hotel for a stupid o’clock flight the next morning. The bed was comfortable and although the traffic was noisy during the day it did quiet down in the evening. The room was charming but basic, not a problem for one night - although decaf coffee would have been nice . The bar and restaurant were closed that night so I travelled a few miles to get something to eat. Accessing the hotel was easy. For the price not bad at all

We booked this 'boutique' hotel room for an over night before an early trip - the idea get some sleep and freshen up before the early start. Well the short story is that the bedding was covered in stains and marks, both on the sheets and on the blanket, so much so that we decided to cleanest place to sleep was on top of the covers avoiding the odd black sticky texture marks on the quilt. The bathroom was cold, with a stain toilet basin, a rusty bin, mouldy shower trim, and the plaster coming off the ceiling. There was only 1 towel despite there being 2 of us. Happy for the 4am alarm to leave!!! Safety is also a concern the entrance door to the rooms didn't close and there was woman knocking on doors at one point asking for directions.

Cheap. Unfortunately, I booked for the cost, and it backfired. The room in general was ok, BUT,,,, the bed was really uncomfortable, it was a cheap mattress, wall paper was torn. They was mould in the bathroom. There was no milk sachetes of milk. You couldn't fill the kettle up in the sink because the tap was fitted really low. The shower was electric, low pressure, and cold. There was lots of debris outside the building we arrived late and the car park was dark and there was no lighting on the metal stairs. Sorry for the poor review, but the comments will help you improve your business.

£13 for a pint, half a lager and a soda water. It would have been a lime and soda except no lime cordial. No cup of tea because ‘the coffee machine is broken’ (kettle?). Loo cubicle door wouldn’t close. The garden furniture and decor in a sorry state . . . Won’t return — not that they’ll care as they seemed utterly disinterested!
