JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa recensioner

Jag bokade detta hotell för min födelsedag men förväntade mig aldrig mycket. Så snart vi kom fram till hotellet välkomnades vi med en mycket vänlig dam och serverades med blöt handduk och välkomnande drinkar. Vi fick veta att rummet vi har bokat var överbokat och de vill gärna byta det till ett nytt. Det minsta jag förväntades var att de gav ett rum med mitt födelsedatum som nummer. och det var fint dekorerat till min födelsedag. och så klart med en gratis tårta och frukt😁 många aktiviteter tillhandahålls av hotellet, eller så kan du bara strosa runt... utsikten var spektakulär! Eftersom vi måste checka ut tidigt för att hinna med vårt flyg, packade de vår frukost för att gå. Deras service och gästfrihet är på topp! Rekommenderas varmt! och jag planerar att besöka detta hotell igen för min nästa födelsedag!

Very big hotel Longest swimming pool in Southeast Asia；Very helpful and cheerful hotel staff ；many good restaurants for different choices; Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying our mini vacation for four nights. Service was awesome and swimming pool and water wave pool and trampoline were star events for kids to keep busy whole day. The breakfast options were excellent

It was a great hotel. Particularly the activities and amenities have great varieties. The cooking class, with Chef Kapoof and hostess Prunnie organizing is very nice and the food is delicious. Will go again.

Amazing place for families, but I guess it is also suitable for couples as the resort is well designed and has many different areas to relax. We found that everything was great and of good quality/ service during our trip. The staff is always helpful and kind. There are plenty to do for kids at the main pool, the aqua zone or the beach. Kids club was convenient too for occasional rains. The only comment we could have is that the check-in was too long. People usually come from far so it needs to be more effective.

Easily the best resort in khao lak. Staff is fantastic except for the waitress at Sakura restaurant. Facilities are well maintained but very dated since this resort has been around for decades. Resort ground is vast and facilities are more than adequate for the number of guests unlike AVANI+ whereby the ratio of guests to the swimming pool is overwhelming

I must say this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Best service with immediate response to our needs have been impressive. All staff are very well trained. Not a single one of them has not greeted us whenever wherever we have a chance to meet, no matter how brief. Thank you.

My family and I just stayed at the JW Marriott in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, with big, comfy beds and natural product toiletries. Every morning, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, featuring freshly squeezed juices and authentic Thai coffee made with high-quality ingredients. The kid's area offered daily activities, and bike rentals were easy; I highly recommend biking around the beautiful gardens. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The pool area was impressive—it's the biggest pool I've seen at any property! Plus, direct beach access was a wonderful bonus. If I return to Khao Lak, I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Five star treatment and facilities with direct access to the beach

Found everything about property excellent, room and facilities amazing Restaurants on property were too expensive and closed to early Nothing to do after 7pm

good service but location quite far away with airport! Not convenienced

This was our second visit in 1 year. Excellent service, beautiful resort, and lots of activities for families to do. We loved the breakfast. However, we noticed there were many flies at the buffet counter and tables. Overall, we still had a great stay at JW Marriott Khao Lak

Always a good experience here ! Staff has been a great help with some problem I had while there. Highly recommend :)
