Everything is perfect, especially service from all staff members. But some room needs to be checked for plumbing issues. Otherwise everything was going to be really perfect for guests. 🩵🩵🩵🩵

Hotel was lovely and rooms good size with great amenities. The beach very quiet and nice location for a quiet holiday.
The service was ridiculously slow. We were charged service charge for any drinks ordered and told to wait to collect them rather than be delivered to us. Not sure how you can charge service charge for no service. The reception staff were not helpful when I wanted to use my Accor loyalty card and they said that points could not be added for the stay only the drinks as booked through Trip.com. The. When leaving we were not able to add the points for drink and food purchased.
We had to wait 20-30 minutes for each drink and any food ordered at the beach bar. It was a joke

My room is pool excess
1.Room is good look is clean but all bathrooms amenity is al onl request no set up in side. Am stay at hotel on raining season but no have umbrella in room.
2. Breakfast just soso food is cold low quality but not same another Pullman Hotel in Thailand ( ABF price 750 THB.) Is no value of paid.
3.Front desk staff
Date 27 -4-2025 time about 07.45 until 08.00 Pm. Am back from outside but have Raining to much, am ask staff ( women) do you have umbrella?, She answer : So sorry we don't have it.But i see have 2 umbrella hanging near the front desk.
4. Bell
All staff is good s smile and great all time keeps friedly.
5. Eng.
Good standard. Am back from outside have raining time, am walk back to my room 8.... The door can't open because low battery after use my mobile phone to contract front dest Eng.staff running to flash and open it for me.Total am waiting in 9 minutes is very good of standard.

All floor corridors of guest rooms can be have the phone for contract or information need help with Front desk is better..

Staff was so friendly upon check in, welcome drink was given.
Check in room, it was really cosy and big. Clean as well.
Breakfast was good, many options to choose from and delicious.

The overall stay was ok but this hotel is a long way from Khao Lak and does not at this point provide a shuttle to Khao Lak. The isolation is an issue but this is somewhat corrected by having both a beach restaurant and massage options outside of the hotel. Staff always tried to please us but overall fell short of poviding what I would consider good service. Food in hotel was good with other non listed food options are available if you ask for them.

We booked for 2nd time. khun lisa (front staff) was friendly. overall was good but room has bad smell like mold and maid already set burner for us but this smell has not gone. TV remote has a little dust. we booked for 3 people but amenity in bath room set for only 2 people.

A spa in the hotel is recommended because the quality of massages and the products that they use. Breakfast is not bad as good as Pullman standard. The hotel arranged some shows for Loykratong festival.

Hotel located very far away from town, 10mins to nearest 7-11 by car,20 mins to nearest big c,30 mins to Khao Lak night market, room was a little bit small compared with other hotel in Thailand, nothing special breakfast disappointed us, fortunately, the swimming pool was great with 2 slides
