Spacious room and excellent services with nice food and room services. The beach is the best for all we have experienced in Thailand. Quiet place with other restaurant options close by

Really nice hotel, the rooms are very modern and well designed, the hotel is right on the beach and the restaraunt is very good also, highlight would be the pool, great cocktail pool :) will be back!

Music lover hotel

The place is beautiful The beach is amazing The service is poor. The cuisine is average. We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was "we are fully booked". No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staffs are super friendly with great service. F&B are a little pricey with normal standard.

房間裝修風格很喜歡，也安靜，早歺不是自助但是做的很好，（攜程平台的客服，服務不好，酒店的各方面都很滿意，早知道應該從其他平台預訂酒店）

如果有租車，這個島外的酒店很不錯，沙灘很舒服 人也比較少，住的是雙套房泳池別墅，酒店被熱帶植物包圍，很東南亞，白天去大堂那邊的海灘躺躺，不會比任何超高檔的私人沙灘遜色，很舒服。 早餐的選擇比較少，是周邊沒有什麼可玩的地方，離島內核心區，老城，芭東海灘需要開車至少1小時。如果要出海浮潛可推薦在這家酒店，離出海碼頭比較近。

雖然納泰巴巴酒店不在布吉，位置不優越，附近無餐館和集市。但是酒店服務和房間設施，衞生我特別喜歡，是這次泰國之行的一大亮點。酒店的私人海灘水質清澈透明，沙灘沙子細膩柔軟，比布吉的三大海灘水質還要好。房間特別大，我訂的帶私人泳池，房間乾淨衞生，無蚊蟲，放置了精油，設施也是衞生。我們家還騎了酒店免費的自行車遊覽附近村落，很有情致。無論是前台，遊覽車工作人員服務均有禮貌和耐心。非常好！

非常滿意、是下次還會去的酒店、特別適合度假⛱️因為到酒店是凌晨時分、想drink一下前台還專門去餐廳開門給我取飲品🍸、酒店有包車服務可以帶着在島上兜兜風 或者去711之類的超市、跟他們講好價格就好（他們經理的英文會更好一些、一般人員也能聽懂一些、但客房服務的人員不太能聽懂英文）酒店裡也有賣本土的服裝包包泳衣、和閨蜜買了最後兩衹、沙灘的風景超美、看到海邊落日、總之是很不錯的選擇啦
