Syna Tiger Resort Bandhavgarh

Such great service by the Syna team - everyone from the manager Manish to the housekeeping to the kitchen. Genuine people who really want you to have the best experience possible and they make you feel very special. Food was fantastic on all days. I spent a week here and did several safaris with the naturalist Bhuri Singh who worked very hard to get me the best sightings possible. He knows the park very well! The resort also managed to get me a last-minute full day safari which I really appreciated. Very close to the main Tala gate. Highly recommended!

Not just a name! Syna itself is a very good resort in norms of services. Bandhavgarh's Forest is mostly dense forest and beautiful jungles. All the Staff are very polite and courteous. Mr. Manish, Mr. Bhoori and Mr. Daduram captain all were Excellent. The resort is near the Tala core zone. The forest is dense inside the resort The food was good and yummmyyyy. we are looking forward to our next visit in the future.

Very comfortable and cozy stay in middle of jungle adjacent to the bandhavgarhs most popular tala zone. Resort itself is a mini jungle off the main road. Very professional and supportive staff. The food and bar service pretty much beyond expectation nice. The fooding is set menu buffet but each time the meal choices were very nice.loved it. The resort management helped us secure a safari in the core zone and assigned us their best naturalist Mr.Satyendra who took us to a smooth safari and we enjoyed lovely jungle air and ambience ***** with spotting tiger twice. Overall a memorable experience.

A most memorable stay at Syna where the service was top of the order. The cottages are very tastefully done up, with all facilities and themed according to the states of India. A big thank you to Mr Manish and all the staff. The excursion into the jungle was led by Mr Bhure Singh our guide who is a naturalist and one who knows every bit about the jungle and the animals, especially the tiger whose behavioural pattern he has understood very well. He is a veritable encyclopaedia of knowledge about the jungle and having him commentating as we went ***** was a profoundly enriching experience for us and a source of great learning. Following the pug marks of a tiger and the alarm calls of other animals, he positioned our jeep in such a manner that we got many beautiful sightings especially of a large male tiger called ‘Pujari’. Thank you Mr Bhure Singh for this unforgettable experience.

We really enjoyed our time in Syna. It is next to the Tala gate and very close to where you have to pick up a park guide before each safari, so a very convenient location. All of the staff are so polite and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome and at home. The food is very generous. Dinner time is a bit late considering you have to wake up so early if you are doing a morning safari but they are flexible to move it earlier for you if you ask. We stayed in a luxury cottage, it was very clean and spacious. They organised the safaris for us once we confirmed the dates and zones so it was hassle-free. You should try to book the safaris a few months before your trip as the core zones sell out. Naturalist Mr Bhuri Singh is so knowledgeable, we learned so much about wildlife and nature from him. He genuinely tries everything to help you see the tigers. We recommend Syna for people who are planning to go on safaris in Bandhavgarh National Park. We are so pleased with everyone we met and hope to see them again soon!
