PrideInn Mara Camp & Cottages

I have travelled to over 50 countries and stayed in some of the best hotels. PrideInn Mara surpassed all service standards I have received anywhere in the world. The location by the Talek river with a footbridge connecting you directly to the reserve was a thrill. The room options were ALL really nice - even the most basic option, which is the tent felt very luxurious and comfortable. But the highlight for us was meeting the friendliest, most attentive, bubbly and caring staff members. From the top down, you can sense the team vibe, the family bond and the world class training that each staff member has been through. Enock the GM took time out of his day to take us around the property and show us every nook and even a walk to the reserve where we walked in the footsteps of hyenas! Milli (my jolly Maasai sister) and Solomon (Solly as I fondly call him, my little bro, who Im still in touch with) along with Ambabi from the restaurant ALWAYS greeted us by name with a big smile and cared for us so well. The chefs cooked some glorious food and we got to try some local specialities. For our anniversary, they showered us with wonderful surprises throughout our stay, including a delicious cake, serenaded us with Maasai dancers and an upgrade to their best lodge by the river. David, our big brother, the mighty Maasaj security who can apparently fight a lion for us, we the friendly face we always looked forward to seeing. The front office staff (Im terrible with names but I think his name was Eddie), Moses and Belamy from Housekeeping, the var staff, the bell girls- they were all wonderful! Our stay at PrideInn is one we will never forget. We went there for the Safari (which was amazing) but never expected the hotel stay to become one of our core memories. As a hotelier myself, I was utterly impressed and all expectations surpassed. Thank you PrideInn! We love you guys and miss you terribly.

The experience was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The tent experience was a great way to experience the Mara with all the amnesties toilet shower and comfortable bed!! We loved it here! ❤️ we were a short to the game drive in the Mara

If you are going to Maasai Mara National Park, and you must, be sure to stay at the PrideInn. Cabins are spacious, clean, and interesting. Service is attentive and kind. The location, near the Sekanani gate to the reserve, is unbeatable. Reaching the inn is not as convenient as it used to be since a devastating flood took out the major bridges, but a pedestrian bridge is near the main office. The Inn's post-flood recovery is amazing. Amenities are pleasing, food is wonderful, and we loved our stay here. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay in Massai Mara. Isolated but with all the amenities of home. Great location for game drives in the Massai Mara. Everyone were so kind and helpful. Veronica was a great host who greeted us. Dominic was a wonderful host for all our meals. The rooms were very large and clean. And the beds were so comfortable. Thank you Prideinn for a great stay. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Mara.

My sister and I had such a fabulous stay at PrideInn Mara. The staff was so hospitable, friendly, and accommodating! They anticipate guest needs and are always quick to help with any issues or inquiries. The room was clean and we had a beautiful outdoor shower where we were able to watch a herd of 12 giraffes stroll by! This property helped make my 2nd trip to Kenya an amazing one. I know my sister will never forget being sung happy birthday by the Masai- not to mention the cake was DELICIOUS! I appreciated the pasta bar and variety of fresh fruits that were available at every meal. It was also nice that we were able to customize our packed breakfast and lunch, that's something I haven't had at other properties on my previous trip. Will being staying again on my next visit!

The most beautiful camp, we loved our tent. It was luxury glamping. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Our editor for our 2 day stay was Dominic, and he was so helpful and lots of fun. The safaris that we went on from camp were fantastic and we saw so many animals.
