My stay was unforgettable! The location near the national park offered breathtaking views, while the rooms were comfy. The staff went above and beyond, making every moment special. Can't wait to go back!

出差期間的意外出行，我英文也不太好，所以預訂過程很糾結，對比了不少酒店，這家不算是好的，客觀説是在我預算內，覺得比較合適的，華人酒店加上看到點評能租無人機給我決策加分項。入住前挺忐忑，看了內外網的點評，有好有不好，路上也和司機聊，什麼因素決定了酒店價格？司機回答：位置、房間、食物還有服務。我總結了就是一分價錢一分貨吧。服務人員比較熱情，因為是淡季吧，客人也不多，餐也是價格決定的，也能接受，果汁，主食，肉類、素菜也都有，我覺得非洲的牛羊肉好吃，那種有點香甜的主食小餅，當地叫什麼我並沒有記住，也挺好吃。

剛入住完馬賽馬拉AA，經過朋友推薦訂的這裏。網上看了很久的評價，覺得還是訂國人開的酒店放心一些，最起碼在安全上有保障。地理位置很優越，在馬賽馬拉國家公園旁邊，大概兩三公里吧？對比其他家性價比很高，中方的管理人員在酒店也有值守，溝通起來很順暢，有什麼不滿意的可以向他們提出，這點值得點贊！服務員熱情，能體會到非洲朋友們的樸素純真！

房間很好很滿意，據説酒店是去年新裝修的，由華人來運營，這也是我選擇它的其中一個原因。來入住之後發現酒店十分安全，地理位置也很好。酒店有中方人員在提供幫助，在異國他鄉能聽見自己家的聲音放心了不少。餐廳十分乾淨，在東非草原上很難得！雖然肯尼亞當地不能帶無人機入境，但是酒店説可以租他們的，滿足了自己小小的願望，很是開心。

房間設施不太好，被子也有味道，服務也一般，不過對比價格來説，已經不錯了。

第一次來肯尼亞想體驗一些特別住宿，千挑萬選找看中這家性價比好可以，一開始看點評還挺猶豫，但是聽説是國人自己的酒店還是覺得會相對安心一點。來入住後總體感覺好不錯，木屋很有特色，風格本地元素很多，房間也比較乾淨，確實有國人管理人員，感覺安心不少，語言溝通也挺順暢，酒店員工都很友善，服務周到。酒店包含三餐，吃的東西都還不錯，葷素搭配齊全，味道也比較好接受，洗澡的水沒有想象中不穩定，雖然設施有點陳舊但各方面都使用正常，值得一提的是酒店提供無人機租賃服務，這點真是意外的驚喜，無人機沒法拿來這個國家，有這個無人機服務可以解決旅拍一大問題哦，這次非洲之旅算是安心了。

因為之前有朋友推薦，所以選擇了這裏。沒想到有驚喜。 原來這裡是中國人自己的酒店。十多年前就存在了。酒店體驗感受超值。早中晚的白粥，榨菜讓我感動。 每個房間都是獨立的帶個小陽台和花園，房間內是木地板，很新。很奇怪評分不高，問了中方管理人員才知道疫情幾年都沒有中方人員過來。點評主要是BOOING上一些外賓給的。如今中方一過來就花了幾百萬改造凈水系統和太陽能發電，房間硬件升級。聽説明年房間WIFI也會進房間。 重點是晚上自助餐帶烤肉，美食多多。服務員熱情友好，把國人當上賓。 位置就在馬賽馬拉國家公園門口兩公里內，方便而且性價比高，之前看園內的都太貴，而且聽説有的印度人開的酒店那啥。 所以，建議大家，若是真的自由行，這家酒店必須推薦。聽説還有一家姐妹店在乞力馬扎羅山下，我下次也去看看。

無論是環境還是位置還是服務都很棒，這個季節的馬賽馬拉也很美，雨水充足動物也很安逸，很棒的體驗。

A bar without beer and a restaurant without food. This was probably a nice lodge at one time, but it's in dire need of some TLC and attention. The rooms are comfortable and clean with ample hot water and with some amazing furniture but need maintenance. Several rooms have been abandoned. The bar had no beer or wine and 10 minutes after the official opening time for dinner the soup was finished as well as the main meat dish with no replenishment.

We were there on holiday and we really enjoyed the food. The chef made a special buffet for the guests and the food was delicious. The staff were very prompt and helpful if we needed any assistance. We really enjoyed the sun downer and also bonfire at the hotel. We will definitely come back again next year.

The hotel is absolutely avoidable. The staff look bored and uninterested, the food is terrible, the rooms are disgustingly dirty (see pics attached), the towels and bed linen are stained and dirty. Came down with an upset stomach as soon as I ate the first meal there.

Management Management appeared attentive, with a visible presence throughout the property. They were open to feedback and seemed genuinely interested in guests' comfort. There were a few minor issues with room arrangements and check-in procedures, which, while eventually resolved, could have been handled more smoothly. It’s clear that the management team is committed to providing a good experience, but some operational tweaks could make the process more seamless. Service Service quality was decent, with most requests being met adequately. The housekeeping staff did a good job of maintaining cleanliness, and the dining experience was satisfactory, though the menu options could use a bit more variety. The ambiance of the dining areas was pleasant, offering a nice view of the surroundings. However, service times during meals could be quicker, especially considering the often-tight schedules of guests heading out on safari. This hotel offers a comfortable stay with the potential for a great experience, especially given its proximity to the Maasai Mara. The dedication of the staff and management is apparent, but a few improvements in service efficiency and management processes could elevate the overall experience. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a reasonably comfortable base from which to explore the wonders of the Maasai Mara, with the understanding that there may be some minor areas for improvement.
