The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great. It’s right on the edge of the old town with easy access to public transportation as well. The breakfast is healthy and varied.

It was an excellent old town stay. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff, fully equipped bathroom, charming interior. Brand boutiques nearby.

Very nice location. Very attentive service from the reception staff, very accommodating. Good breakfast selection. I would totally recommend it.

交通便利，基本都在老城中步行可達。上到城堡和中心教堂也近在咫尺。高層窗景優美，底樓大堂親和力高和lounge也很不錯。

Было очень холодно, хотя включали на обогрев 28 градусов, но в голову дул холодный воздух, окна все продувает… отель прекрасно расположен в старом городе, персонал приветлив

Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Seit Januar es ist 4 Sterne Hotel. Aber für dieses Service wurde ich nur 3 Sterne geben. Erst das Zimmer war zu klein, winzig. Es war keinen Platz my Koffer auf Boden zu stellen. Das Möbel war alt, gekratzt und einige Ecke abgebrochen. Die Schiebetür von der Schrank hat nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten kein Dusch Gel. Auf alles ist gespart. Tuben von Schampoo , Conditioner und etc- nur 1 Stück für 2 Personen. Ich musste bitten dass sie mir mehr geben. Frühstück was mehr als bescheiden. Kein grosses Auswahl. Am Tag ist nur eine Persone bei Reception. Kein mehr Personal. Ich musste my schwere Koffer 6 oder 7 Stufen selber nach oben zu Lift tragen. Im Hotel gibt es nichts- Keine Sauna, Swimming Pool und etc. Das Restaurant war nur für Frühstück. Kein gratis Flughafen Transfer. Einziges Plus- Nähe zu Alt Stadt.

驚喜的一天，酒店免費給我升房了，房間在最高層，酒店員工幫我把行李拿到房裡，房間有寫好的歡迎卡片和擺好的果盤，飲用水，還有一個畫架可以畫畫，窗外的風景也很好，很滿意的一次住宿體驗！

房間會明顯比較小但是好在設施齊全，不太能接受的是毛巾和浴巾上有一些異味。工作人員相對比較熱情，早餐的質量還算過關。
