Good place to stay. Nice view Good food Friendly staff

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

We stayed at the premier tower. The bathroom had a foul stench and I thought of asking to change rooms but didn't because I didn't want to move all of my luggage. But the stink really made my stay unpleasant. The interior of the room looks good but the bathroom is really old so don't be fooled by the photos of the bedroom. The shower room door doesn't shut all the way so you'll have a bathroom floor soaking wet after your shower. The body soap was empty on the day we arrived and I was utterly disappointed that this is the kind of service a Hilton hotel would provide. The only acceptable point for this hotel was the buffet (over-priced, btw) which was "acceptable" (by no means "good"). At around noon the cleaning on the floor above ours would shower our balcony with detergent and water so our bathing suits we were trying to dry on the balcony were soaking wet. Thanks a lot! I would strongly recommend you to choose a newer hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

Definitely at best a 3 star at best. Over priced.

All the staff were kind. I liked the room because it was clean. Especially, I was a Korean employee when I checked out I was wearing a name tag called Min I gave my child chocolate as a gift. Thank you!

호텔에서 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되어 도착 순간부터 환영받는 기분이었어요. 객실은 깔끔하고 필요한 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었으며, 위치도 시내 관광에 최적이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 신선하고 다양한 메뉴로 훌륭했습니다.

괌은 워낙 작아서 교통 불편 없구요 이파오 비치 예쁘고 공원도 편하고 좋아요^^ 힐튼 Roy's restaurant 코스 요리 강추요^^

酒店有年代了，非常老的酒店，電梯吱吱作響。離市中心杜夢灣10分鐘車程，如果租車也很方便，也可以做鐺鐺車到市中心。停車免費。陽台景色不錯。

호텔이 아니라 리조트라고 생각하셔야 합니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 각종 편한 서비스를 기대하면 실망하지만, 딱히 불편하지 않아요. 한국인의 높은 기대에는 미치지 못합니다. 머리카락 같은 것은 잘 치우지 않습니다. 시설은 낡았으나 프리미어동은 괜찮은 편이에요. 괌 전반적인 특징입니다. 직원들은 친절한 편입니다. 호텔 앞 비치와 이파오가 연결돼 있는 것도 장점입니다. 조식은 수가 많진 않지만 매일 조금씩 바꾸려 하는 의지가 보여 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

久しぶりにヒルトンに泊まりました、中心地から離れてますがのんびりしたい人にはとってもおすすめです。 地下のブッフェもとてもおすすめ。かなり冷房が効いてるので長袖必須です。

대체로 깔끔하고 호텔 주변 아름다움~ 직원들은 친절하고 숙소 깨끗하지만 제발~~~ 그 아름다운 곳이 리모델링 되면 더 좋겠어요~ 전체 에어컨 너무 추움~ 저녁뷔페 요일 별로 다르다곤 하지만 먹을게 없었음 ㅡ.ㅡ

メインプールが６時までと以前より早くなって残念でした。プール受け付けの方もタオルの枚数が厳しい方もおられました。

グアムに行く時は必ずヒルトンに泊まるくらい、お気に入りのホテルです！イパオビーチが隣にあり、魚がたくさんいるのでシュノーケリングをする人にはとってもおすすめなホテルです。スタッフのみなさんも親切にしてくださるので安心して滞在できます。またよろしくお願いします！
