Premier Inn Tamworth Central Hotel

宿泊に困らない程度の広さでした。市内から少し遠いのとエレベーターがないことだけでした。ヘアドライヤーもあり、Wi-Fiも無料で使えました。

Excellent stay! Rooms were a pleasant surprise spotlessly clean and recently refurbished! (Was a slight smell of paint still) The staff here are some of the best I have came across and I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns. From phone calls before our stay to check in all have been amazing. Breakfast is next door in the beefeater and the usual help your self buffet which was always well stocked and delicious Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and bed really comfortable with good quality linen. Been to 2 other Premier Inns , both very poor so was not expecting much. What a lovely surprise to find this one so good. A real bonus having the Beefeater next door as well. Again staff were fantastic, evening meal and breakfast were both very good .Buffet breakfast was hot and fresh.

The rooms have been fully refurbished and are absolutely wonderful. New furniture, bathrooms and carpets. All very modern. Staff are all lovely and pleasant, nothing is too much trouble for them. Room was well worth the price we paid for it. Breakfast great too.

Great location for Drayton Manor less than a 10 minute drive away. Room was clean and normal for a Premier Inn. Reception staff were friendly and check in was easy. Beefeater next door for breakfast was also good and staff helpful. Free car park and walking distance from the castle as well.

The room was damp, had a wet carpet and black mould on the external facing wall. On top of the wardrobe were multiple dehumidifiers and neutradol to try and mask the moisture and you could taste mould in the air. When we asked for another room there wasn't any available as there were building works being completed upstairs so we were handed another dehumidifier. We spoke to customer services and our stay was refunded so I considered this closed. We weren't going to post a review but I've had about 6 reminders to do so even when unsubscribing. I'm sure given the building works that the issue could have been caused by a previously burst pipe. Given the amount of dehumidifiers and extra portable radiators in our room I dont believe we weren't the first to complain - I don't know why the room wasn't put out of use and dried out properly before being allocated to guests, now not only did we have a bad stay but we got free chest infections as a result.
