This hotel is a great choice for transit travelers due to its close proximity to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle service with regular schedules, making airport transfers hassle-free. The buffet breakfast has a decent selection of food, catering to both early and late departures. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient stay with friendly service, making it ideal for those with layovers or early morning flights. Would recommend for short stays! Make sure you input the correct terminal when check in to the hotel.

The location is great, close to airport and convenient for transit or when you have very early flight to catch. Room size is good for 2 pax. The breakfast spread had a good variety and available from 230am - 10am to accommodate those with early morning flight. They offered free airport pickup and transfer. The transfer shuttle left on time. It took about 5mins to T1, another 2 mins to T2 and another 5mins to T3.

The way to the hotel have to turn around so it’s quite far. They provides shuttle bus to airport and breakfast start from 2 AM which is convenient.

This is my second time staying at a hotel under the Orchardz chain, and once again, it does not disappoint. For a rate of just over IDR 500,000 per night (after taxes), I’m very satisfied with the facilities and service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the lobby were quick to assist—helping me unload my luggage from the car and kindly bringing it up to my room. The receptionist was also very friendly, and despite the check-in area being quite busy at the time, the process was fast and efficient. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. It’s clear that the hotel has been recently renovated—the furniture and overall interior look fresh and new. Amenities in the room were complete and more than adequate for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was varied and satisfying, with plenty of options available. I was also informed that the hotel provides an airport pick-up and drop-off service for CGK, though I didn’t personally use it this time. Overall, I’m genuinely pleased with my stay at Orchardz Hotel Bandara. It’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel provides pick-up guests at the airport and transfer guests to the airport. The buffet breakfast was included and you can start to have breakfast from 3:30am until 10am. Can check out at 1pm. The hotel seems to be very considerate of guests' needs.

Actually I saw this hotel have really nice reviews, so I booked to prove it. and then surprisingly all the reviews are true. I said that cause they really treat me very well, all of them are very friendly and full of smile. I booked 1 night around Rp.500.000 and I think that’s cheap because the location is near to the airport and also they provide free shuttle transport 24 hours. Foods are delicious also. the room is pretty big with all amenities. I loved to be there. later I will spend my holiday there with my family 🥰. they didn’t paid me to give this review, I promise it 🙂

Very friendly staff. Earlier check in, thank you. Free Airport Shuttle, well organized. Thank you to the front desk for the friendly n professional customer service. All is good except the breakfast at 9 AM on November29th, , food like the opor ayam ,bubur ayam etc , cold n not replenished . No trays to carry the plates/food.. Towels are worn out.

Well- located hotel for your early flights if you use the hotel shuttle, which is free and convenient. Nice staff and very good breakfast at crazy 4 am.

Good affordable transit hotel with airport shuttle. Front desk to bus driver is very polite and always smiling. Will definitely recommend to transit passengers.
