Overall is good! A pleasant stay there, there is an excellent fire show during weekend. Thanks hotel for the birthday decoration. For breakfast , I saw flies on the food maybe need to solve this problem. Buggy service from free car park to lobby and lobby to hotel room is consider fast, no long waiting time Recommended 2d1n stay👍

The room was good , with balcony and compfortable Bed. Service was Always friendly and helpful. the Location of the Resort is totally Out of the Zone. which means If you want to do some actions, then is Not the right place. very quiet and some where No where. If you stay longer then 4 days will be defenetly boring. the breakfast was OK , have Seen better places for the Money they charging ! the swimming pool is to small and dirty, WE was Not even one day inside . ...which makes the whole Holidays more worse....because the SEA also dirty and Not even possible to swim. This was our first and Last time . and WE also will Not reccomand it. WE think this is a place for writing people or old people Like to have really quiet time.

checking in was smooth and staff very polite and friendly. room are spacious and clean. buggy service was excellent from car park to hotel room. breakfast are so nice and so much varieties. weekend full with activities from morning till dawn. very happy and surely will repeat.

Everything was top notch except the buggy cab pickup service. Considering the new year crowd, the management would have hired more buggy cab services. We waited for almost most 1.5 hours to get picked up and then complete the checkout process. There is really a room for improvement on this aspect.

Our room’S fan is quite noisy, the temperature of air con on and off cold and hot. Staff is friendly.

Needs a little refresh but good overall . They didn’t tell us we had to switch on the hot water switch in the room … so cold showers !

It's a luxury chalet near Kuala Lumpur. I took my family vacation and they all love it. However the food was very pricey for us. We order a food panda or grab it for dinner. Such a memorable holiday with them. Definitely will repeat

Good: 1. The room definitely had the “wow” factor upon entering. 2. The customer telephone hotline was polite. 3. The fire show was okay—while we’ve seen better, it was still quite entertaining overall. 4. The bed was comfortable. 5. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of foods. I particularly enjoyed the cheese platter and croissants. I must admit, I overate that morning. Areas for Improvement: 1. The buggy service could be more consistent. On one occasion, we had to wait 10 minutes for it to arrive, even though it wasn’t during peak hours. 2. The paint was peeling off in the balcony area—time for a touch-up. 3. There was an exposed nail at the entrance to Room 053. 4. Email replies could be faster. I emailed to check if I could do an early check-in but only received a reply after 3 PM, by which time I had already checked in. 5. The receptionist took a while to check us in and seemed new. Additionally, it would have been helpful if we were informed about the available activities. For example, we only found out about the SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) after reaching the beach. Overall: It was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again.

The room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The dining experience was another highlight. They served some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had, with a great variety of options catering to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-maintained pool, a fully equipped gym, and a serene spa. Every area of the property exuded elegance and attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding team. Their kindness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. I can’t wait to return for another amazing stay!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming n helpful throughout our stay.. The room was clean, immaculate n very comfortable.. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.. The hotel had many nice spots for ootd too plus wonderful sunrise n sunset..
