CK Tanjungpinang Hotel and Convention Centre recensioner

I was deceive by the picture in trip.com when I booked the room. The hotel was rundown and exterior was badly maintain. I came into the room was shock at the room standard and feel that I overpaid for such hotel. The toilet was filthy and had to hold the shower hose when taking a bath. I asked for iron board but they have none instead provide me a folded blanket for ironing. You can hear the noise outside the hotel at 3am.

Quiet place and reliable, came twice n no regrets. Simple stay with swimming pool n busy breakfast but spacious cafe

The hotel looks new .The room are spacious and its near to shopping mall. 40 min to ferry terminal.

Overall was good. Food was okay. Gym didn't look like the photos. The rooms were not bad with a nice view and toilet was spacious.

One if the best hotels in Tg Pinang since its quite limited. Room is clean, hotel service is great. And breakfast is great too! Most probably will be my go to hotel if I visit here again!

The hot shower didn’t work, told the receptionist and engineer already came to my room but still didn’t work

Hotel is located at a very good and convenient location, breakfast is nice, hotel room is very clean, all staffs are very friendly

Not as good as as before after Covid all changed

The hotel need to improve on cleanliness as there is stain in cup. Overall, the services is good and quick response on the request

Staff are friendly but room cleanliness must look into and room Amenities too. I don think so will be back there again.

Concierge staff on duty during check in was unfriendly, unapproachable, and lack of knowledge with hotel policy. Even though we raised our concern, she never felt guilty and just pretended that was not her problem at all. The environment is really elegant in style but the lack of maintenance. Cleanliness of the hotel room was the main concern for guests.Overall, we still give them 3/5. Staff working attitude issue, really unfair to reduce points for a good hotel.
