I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. While it’s true that some of the interior facilities are a bit outdated and could use an upgrade, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The location was convenient and easy to access, and I felt safe and comfortable during my time here. Despite the older furnishings, the room was functional and had everything I needed. Wi-Fi worked well, and basic amenities were provided. It’s not a luxury place by any means, but if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and decently located, this is a solid option. I would consider staying here again for short trips or business visits.

We had the Garden View rooms and I have to say I was shocked to find a very musty smell upon entering. We immediately asked to switch off the AC, the maintenance guy came and opened the AC vent which was filled with mold. Also there was mold on the walls and ceiling, apart from that the room was clean and tidy. If you can I’d recommend to splurge on the more expensive sea room views. The rooms are old and outdated and in dire need of renovation. The good part about the hotel are the facilities, the pool and private beach are astonishing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, breakfast and food in the restaurants are average.

While the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking. The restaurant also serves impeccable Sicilian food featuring local favorites like anchovies, swordfish, arancini, and cannolo. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the town center, but we found it more convenient to call taxi when we wanted to move around.

Amazing view in Taormina and nice service although the facilities are being old. And the visitors need to rely on shuttle bus service but the information is not transparency for the first time.

We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax. The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too. However I felt that there was a lack of affordable meal options and the breakfast offering became monotonous after some days. Overall a very special place that I look forward to returning to one day.

Una is a spectacular hotel. Wonderful staff, location amazing including a shuttle bus to the town. Beautiful daily breakfast, incredible views of Mt Etna and pool. Would stay again in a heartbeat

A rather old hotel, with out of date facilities. Slow elevators and a rather poor quality breakfast, with too many sweet pastries and low quality cheap sausages! The location was good with a rocky private beach on the ocean, and a swimming pool but one can notice the facilities are rather old. Overall a good location for a beach resort but facilities and quality of breakfast need improvements!

Top notch service

A beautiful setting with incredible views. The cave entrance onto the beach is amazing! The beach is pebbles. Crystal clear water. The complimentary shuttle to town is nice.You must request passes in the morning, for the time you would like to use the shuttle that day. It is confusing where to actually get on the shuttle, so be sure to ask at the desk. The property was once a grand establishment. It is tired and worn with need of a refurbish. The staff was nice at front desk. I contacted housekeeping one evening for extra coffee for the room and was told "They have gone for the day." Seems odd for a resort.

房間稍微小了點，但是露台風景簡直震撼。泳池和沙灘都是夢寐以求。復古並且經典的感覺。早餐豐盛，用餐地也非常漂亮。流連忘返。

非常好，因當天生病 ，櫃檯讓我們提早入住，第二天身體好點便去私人泳池游泳拍照，海水超乾淨，狠多🐟，救生員也很有禮貌，特別喜歡這飯店，下次要再來🥰
