Room and bed is big spacious however bedsheet n pillowcase looks old n yellowish. Breakfast is good. Near Zhongli night market

Good location! Efficient and courteous front desk staff. Clean room, comfortable and soft bed.

The hotel is relatively conveniently located within the city and looks nice from the outside. That’s all the positives. On check in we were told that the breakfast buffet was not running the following day and they would provide alternative packaged food. As the breakfast was paid for already we objected, to which the manager replied that no breakfast was paid for despite me showing him the booking on trip.com. He then said they do not advertise on trip.com and that the advertisement by the hotel was inaccurate. Both complete lies. When we showed the evidence he said we could leave if we wanted. Overall not a pleasant experience. The hotel landing floor was dirty and the room itself had blood splatters and weird stains on the walls. I have attached a photo of the ‘breakfast’. This is my second time staying at this Cloud hotel and I gotten the same room again. The door has no side lock which might not feel like safe even though it is card access and there is a lock with the card access. Overall, great stay and the staff are polite and ask customer for their options to what time for them to do house keeping.

Good location for those who plan to visit Zhongli area. Very near to Mrt station. Overall value for money.

The location is very near the MRT station and convenient for eating and shopping as shops are closed near the hotel. Airport is 30mins away drive. Price is affordable, too.

Location is perfect. The whole building has this weird smell which is uncomfortable. I like the fact there is water dispenser hot and cold in the room. The room is quote spacious for two.

Staff are kind and supportive. You will feel safe in this hotel. I love my experience in staying in this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the mrt. The room is clean with basic amenities. Price is reasonable.
