Bentley Hotel Taoyuan recensioner

Overall the stay is good. For those who travel with small child (mine is 10 months old) please bring your own towel for your child, the hotel request NT$50 for extra towel. They have a electric water machine in each room, remember to turn on the machine as I not aware and need to wait for 5-10 minutes for the hot water..... They've various of food for breakfast but my personal opinion it was so so.

Good room and clean

The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar. Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

Overall are acceptable with this pricing and location, but the staffs in the hotel are not friendly. None of the staffs will great you or smile to you, they are like try to avoid anything that could add on to their current responsibility, will not offer any help to the guest. And the cleaning of room is upon request, and it will only replace towels and empty the dust bin only. No vacuum and floor cleaning or toilet wash provided, as claimed by the front desk. So you have to keep it clean during your stay by yourself.

The water dispenser in the room is so convenient. The bathroom is very spacious. Room is generally clean. Very value for money.

The hotel does not provide ironing facilities. No way to iron my dress!

Stay for a night, the room was quite nice. Honestly, for a night's stay, everything is good.

The service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay, any requests or inquiries were handled promptly and professionally. The concierge was particularly helpful in arranging activities and providing local recommendations.

The Bentley hotel is a very cosy comfortable place. Big rooms, huge TV screen and even a jacuzzi bathroom for just less than $100 a night. So affordable, further more there is also a gym and a buffet breakfast here too
