Its nice hotel with great location but too noisy with the plane.The buffet is delicious,however when you going out the door is not automatically lock.We have a fantastic view.

Good hotel for transit. Overall quite clean. Room is spacious too. Location is quite great, 2 MRT stations from airport plus 8 minutes walk. Staffs can communicate in English. They offered boxed breakfast and taxi booking with NTD 200 fixed rate. One downside, there was a unique smell in the hallway and inside the room, probably from the carpet.. They also don’t provide amenities as regulated by ****** ****.

Very convenient to TPE, but not convenient from MRT. Good easy stay before an early/late flight. Will stay again!

Hotel is conveniently located near Taoyuan Airport. Taking a regular taxi there costs about TWD 185. Otherwise, it's a 5 minute walk from A15 Dayuan station. Staff are very helpful and courteous. There is also an on-site laundry room with complimentary washing powder. The use of the dryer, however, costs about TWD 50 for 45 minutes. Room is equipped with hair dryer, shower gel and hair wash, hand soap, and complimentary mini-bar items.

Hair dryer was broken but they sent another one. No toothbrush, cottonbuds or any other amenities given. They have shampoo and soap in the bathrooms though. Bfast was fun, many varieties.

Good location. Easy to access from the airport. Just 4 minutes away from T2. When I checked in, the receptionist asked me if I needed a taxi for the next day. That was helpful. Thanks. Uber is also available in Taipei.

This is a no frills nice hotel if you want a place that is near the airport for an early flight. It’s about a 5-8 walk to the train station where you are 3 stops away from the high speed rail, where there are luxury outlet malls.

Clean room, good breakfast and close to airport, for those with short time between flights. For us from Europe, important to see the stuff to be more open, relaxed and smiling :-) , it would be good for them too!

Booked this hotel to get on an early morning flight the next day. It was a good choice for me as only needed a comfortable and clean place to rest for the night. Overall, I was happy with the decision, although the place was really in the middle of nowhere, and the pillow was too soft and flat for me.

Outdated rooms, also smelled of smoke like it has never been professionally cleaned to atleast keep smell to a minimum Room has very little airconditioning, fan was on max but has little to no effect, very hot and uncomfortable specially annoyed that i was with my mon who was already a senior citizen she barely slept, tried to request to be transferred to another room but was told it was the same for every room. room service did provide us with a fan. Requested late check out and was reluctantly given only until 12 noon even when many rooms were vacant never going back to this hotel again ever

Service was good and the morning breakfast box was good, but: 1. Water pressure very low 2. No shampoo in dispenser 3. No gel soap in dispenser

Quite conveniant at proximity to the airport. Only a short walk between the metro and the airport. The walk is a bit strange, but well indicated. Breakfast was good, even for a picky foreigner.

The location is great, it's 10 minutes or less from the airport. the price was a lot better than the Hyatt. the bad is your site classified them as a 4 star. there is nothing 4 star about this hotel. the outside of the building is dirty, and that set the tone for the rest of the trip. The lobby is definitely not a 4 star (4 star in the US is Marriott, Hyatte, Westin, I was expecting something close), the carpet in the room (#705) was dirty/gross, they put a raised tub in the shower was very odd. The room was spartan at best. the only dinner option was the buffet on the 2nd floor, and it was gross. if this place is listed as a 2.0 or 2.5 star, I would of expected this kind of cleanliness and amenities, and if I booked at 2.5 star and got this placed, I would not of complained. but your site listing this place at 4 star is just not a great representation of actual condition. As an FYI to the rest of the travelers, there is no hotel shuttle to the airport. they help you book the airport cab that cost 200 NT$ which is pretty fair, but an airport hotel without a shuttle is odd. even Courtyard at most US airports has shuttles. Oh, one more thing, you can't run your hair dryer and the hot water pot at the same time. I did not test what would happen, but this is the first time I ever seen a sign like this in a hotel. I would not stay there again, ever.
