The best chill out place ever.might stay for the whole of Christmas this year. Special thanks to the lady who was fresh cooking the fish and meat.staff were amazing especially the pool safety girl who helped my husband after he cut his foot. Big thank you to everyone who make me want to go back!!! X

Lovely hotel and one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Room 396 has the best views ever so ask for it if you can. Weird bathroom set up with frosted glass from bedroom to bath/shower so not very private. Toilet has a sliding glass door which is very noisy. Small towels in bathroom Cocktails were slushies from a machine not properly made. Only one member of staff in the pool bar the whole & days do sometimes there were very long queues which was a shame The food in the restaurant was amazing, lovely fish choices. Deserts were poor. If you are early birds like us the 8am opening wasn’t the best but you could go in earlier for basics The staff were all so friendly, really amazing apart from a stroppy receptionist one night. We have never stayed in such a clean hotel! Even The life guard had OCD and wiped the sunbeds down in the evening! Worst thing about the hotel is where it is. It’s literally in the middle of a tiny village. Couple of small shops and 2 restaurants and that was it. Oh apart from the massive ruin of a hotel next door where the druggies and kids converge! Apparently it was 90% built without planning permission and has just been left to be completely vandalised , such a shame We paid 30 euros for a romantic Balinessen bed one day which was in the sister hotel. Total waste of money as you get a cheap bottle of cava which is already available on all inclusive and a plate of fruit. You’re stuck in a little section with loads of mozzies looking at a dead hedge! Hardly romantic lol There were also other guests literally sitting on top of you that hadn’t paid for the experience?? How does that work? Overall nice hotel in a really random place

We stayed here last year sept/Oct and we absolutely loved the hotel and the staff. We got there very late due to our flight being delayed and they offered us food and a drink. Our room was great, really large balcony with stunning sea views. We had sun loungers on the balcony as well as a table and chairs, was just stunning sitting there with the sound of the sea. The food was great, lots of choices and was really nice to sit outside with our food. People have complained about the drinks, we had no problems with them.. the cocktails on the all inclusive are made up in a machine at the pool bar but if you wanted you can buy other cocktails. They had tropical lager which happens to be a favourite of mine! We had no problems getting sun loungers at both pools, one pool is really quiet the other has entertainment. Evening entertainment was good, we really enjoyed the night with the DJ on he was lots of fun and good music. The area by the hotel is Very quite which is what we wanted, a few lovely places to eat and a few shops plus a really good spar. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place, if you want lots of busy bars close by this is not the place for you. We loved it so much we are going back this November and can't wait.

We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive. The room was superb, we had a junior suite and got lucky as it was perfect with a jacuzzi bath, large bedroom, large living area and very big balcony! The hotel itself was ok. Certain parts could do with attention. The gym equipment was of poor quality. The swimming pool area nearest to the hotel was treacherous! Wooden lats loose and protruding. Halfway through our holiday we awoke to the area being ripped up and the pool area closed! Luckily there was a second pool, but obviously was then over subscribed. The food was ok, wasn’t great, but ok. The nightclub area was really good, but bizarrely the seating was miles away from the dance floor, big area with nothing in it, then the dance floor, then the stage! But, a really good area but needs utilising better for a a better atmosphere. Would I return? Yes. The room made the holiday, had we not had that then it would have not been as enjoyable, and of course the pool won’t be getting ripped up again anytime soon. The area around the hotel is, erm, well there is literally nothing there apart from a local supermarket.

4 adult friends (2 separate rooms) Lovely staff Good variety at the buffet Great cleaners Both rooms had lovely large balconies Fridge in the room- handy to keep water Bottle of cava, chocolates and water in the room- nice touch after a long journey Great location Very peaceful Lovely spa (we pre booked treatments- picture of jacuzzi bath and cava and glasses attached) Entertainment is the evening wasn’t to our taste but it was an entertaining way to spend a couple of hours each night Would defo recommend and would return Right on the beachfront Local restaurant (4 mins walk)- la barraca - recommended by staff member in our hotel- lovely! Lovely little walks outside of hotel

Beautiful hotel with amazing helpful staff. All inclusive food changed everyday and was really tasty with alot of options! Plenty of alcohol to choose from also. Location was in the middle of nowhere but a lovely beach outside the hotel and could rent a car from the hotel for cheap as well as excursions bookable at reception. Would go back in a heartbeat
