Hotel Il Cervo, Spa & Wellness, Bike Hotel

We were there with an organised group. We were booked for half board, but it was a mistake. The hotel has a really good location for skiiers, however there aren't enough boot holders which are warm. Be careful your boot might end up on the ground for the next day... The walls are too thin so you can hear whatever happens with your neighbours. In our case that was a non-stop crying and shouting kid. The receptionist ladies are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is good but there is not a big variety of that. The dinner is really poor and not lving up to the expectations of a 4 star hotel. There was 1 type of soup, 2 types of pasta 2 types of main course with 1 type of garnish. Needless to say one of the trays were always empty when you could get there to the buffet type dinner. The food didn't taste so well, and there was not many options for vegetarians. Cleanliness of the hotel was ok. Toilet paper quality is really poor. Too thin to use for anything. Bring your own!

We stayed for two nights while on a cycling trip. The cycle storage facilities are excellent.. The room was spacious with a balcony facing the town. The decor was a little strange and dated. The room safe was one of the smallest I have ever seen….couldn’t get stuff like a laptop in there. No air con. It’s located about 20 minutes walk from the centre of town up quite a steep hill with no pavement. We decided that as it was raining we didn’t want to walk into town for dinner so we ate in the hotel. It really wasn’t a great experience. The hotel appeared to be full of families with pre school age kids. They made a lot of noise. The food was average and served quickly. Seemed to be surprise to the staff that someone might want to order a bottle of wine. Condiments dumped on the table as a bowl of plastic sachets, not sure if this is a covid thing but given they made a big thing of the refillable glass bottles provided in the room for water it seems strange to wipe out the environmental benefits of these with all those plastic sachets! Breakfast was only average, didn’t seem to be any cheeses or cold meats, omelettes and other eggs available to order provided you could get one of the overworked staff to take your order. It was €10 per person to use the pool for 2 hours. Didn’t bother.

Hotel bellissimo che si trova a Tarvisio a quattro passi dal centro, personale accogliente ed attento, cibo squisito, camera grande ed ampia , area Wellness ampia con una bella piscina sauna e bagno turco , esperienza da ripetere

Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere molte delle più note località del Tarvisio e a pochi km dal confine di Austria e Slovenia. Personale alla reception molto disponibile e cordiale, attento e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Cucina ottima, colazione con buona scelta sia di dolce che di salato. La cena offre un'eccellente buffet di antipasti e piatti ricercati ogni sera diversi. Il personale cordiale e presente. Buona anche la pulizia delle stanze. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato recentemente all’Hotel Cervo e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata piacevole. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente la ristorazione: il personale di sala è attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile, e la cucina offre piatti gustosi e ben curati, con attenzione sia alla qualità degli ingredienti che alla presentazione. Ogni pasto è stato una piacevole scoperta! Per quanto riguarda le camere, invece, ci sarebbe qualche margine di miglioramento. Gli spazi sono funzionali, ma un piccolo rinnovamento (soprattutto nell’arredo es. tende, che potrebbero offrire una protezione migliore alle luci esterne ed una mensolina in bagno sarebbe più ottimale) potrebbe davvero fare la differenza per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Nel complesso, un soggiorno positivo grazie all’ottimo servizio e alla calorosa accoglienza. Con qualche accorgimento in più sulle camere, l’esperienza potrebbe diventare eccellente.

Non lo consiglierei…alla stazione ho aspettato più di mezz’ora il transfer nonostante già li avessi avvisati che stessi arrivando. 60€ di servizio navetta extra per avermi accompagnata ai laghi di Fusine (fino al parcheggio nella parte bassa eh!) quindi 20 minuti in totale di auto tra andata e ritorno. Al ristorante durante la cena i camerieri mangiucchiavano tra il cibo messo a disposizione degli ospiti ( va bene che avete fame ma mangiate prima del servizio). Camera niente di che rispetto alla cifra pagata.
