The street noise could be heard completely inside the room, and even though I called twice to get room service, no one came in the end.

It's our second stay in this hotel. Efficient check-in and out, clean comfortable room with spacious shower cubicle, clean towels, good high speed internet. The breakfast buffet variety and options became less compared to our previous stay in Nov 2024. May be cost cutting ? Tried the set menu lunch - salad, soup, main and dessert with tea, wate for 99k + 12% tax/service charge. Good value and delicious.

在塔什干最壞的體驗：入住這家酒店摔傷。浴室地板非常滑，不是防滑地磚、也沒有配備防滑地墊和洗澡拖鞋，結果摔傷在浴室。自己做了包紮後，和前台服務員反饋此事，前台説今天是星期天領導都不上班，你留下聯繫方式等明天回覆你。因為要繼續趕路，便先留下了聯繫方式退房了。離開後的第二天收到酒店發來郵件，讓我在預訂平台給予點評，衹字未提摔傷之事，沒有一句致歉的話。 Worst experience in Tashkent: Injured in this hotel. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. It doesn't have non-slip tiles, nor were there any anti-slip mats or shower slippers provided. As a result, I slipped and injured myself in the bathroom. After bandaging the injury myself, I reported the incident to the front desk staff. The receptionist said, "It's Sunday today, management is off duty. Leave your contact information and we'll get back to you tomorrow." Since I had to move on with my journey, I left my contact details and checked out. The day after I left, I received an email from the hotel asking me to leave a review on the booking platform. **There was not a single mention of the injury incident, nor a single word of apology.

這家酒店比較新，門口有停車位，有早餐，辦理的是個小哥哥，很帥氣，英語交流沒問題，攜程訂的是雙床房，小哥哥給我們了大床房，搞錯了，而且大床房的味道特別重，那一薰個人眼淚就掉下來了，後來跟他説明換了雙床房，可還是有味道，由於太晚了，人很累，就將會一晚吧，本來離開塔什干最後一晚也住這裏，因為家人受不了氣味，果斷取消換了附近的華美達。

酒店比較新，設施雖然有點簡單，但還算齊全。房間衞生也比較好。酒店離地鐵站不算太遠，步行十來分鐘可以到。
