Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark

Animation for adutls is not good. Theres a team of 5+ animators and they put all effort working with kids. Theres no yoga or stretching in morning for adults even though it says there is one on notice board. In the evening Animation programme for adults entails watching all animators dancing on stage... whats the point. From 7am onwards you can hear kids/parents screaming in hallway... walls of hotel are not sound proof.

This hotel was absolutely perfect The rooms were arguably one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever had on an all inclusive , extremely specious and included a bath and shower and a balcony . The food was what you would expect at an all inclusive but personally enjoyed the Mexican night :) gluten free options available and was very good communication The hotel water park shared with the sister hotel was amazing and perfect for Kids of any age and even adults ! The drink selection was okay as I mainly drunk spirits , cocktails was okay however a minor charge for an upgraded one Only let down was the paper cups for drinks Arcade and entertainment complex included bowling and mini golf which I enjoyed . Staff was amazing and very helpful when I had lost a brand new Football Top , hunted it down and found it Would 100% return too this hotel Used the Spa facilities and booked a treatment which was very good! Beach 5 min walk ( if that) down the road , which has a few restaurants and bars / shops which we visited a few times 100% recommend

Hotel was clean, cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Food was always nice and hot, buffet constantly replenished and different every night. All staff very friendly. There was plenty to do on the resort , the watermark was good fun and not too busy. The room was a great size, bed comfy and a lovely large balcony. The only down point was that you couldn't really walk out of the area, it's a shame the road behind the hotel was closed.

This is by far one of the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable hotels I have stayed in. It was a last minute booking for some winter sunshine, the pool is very clean, the food and snacks are very healthy and varied. The evening entertainment was perfect for the kids and we hardly spent any money as everything was all inclusive. Will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These negative reviews blow me away. They clearly think they are paying for a 5 star resort. They worried me before our trip and let me tell you not to worry. We are a family of four, two children 7&12. Wow what a perfect holiday we had. Actually one of the best. The hotel was spotlessly clean (I’m a cleaner and am very fussy ) I didn’t worry at all. Rooms cleaned everyday. You can ask for a safe. Free of charge. And a kettle. All sorted within half an hour of arriving. The beds were the usual singles pushed together and a double sofa bed (ours did make noise but we just got over it) All sea views are side views. And opposite you can see the water park. Which is great! Just a few footsteps away. Open 10-6. Yes the water is cold but once you’re in it’s ok. It’s such great fun and has the sun alday. The food was ok. We didn’t starve and always something being cooked fresh. Breakfast was great. Fresh omelettes. Yes if you were staying a week it would get boring but there are restaurants not far away. We went to grill Taurito and had the best meal. The beach is absolutely stunning. With coves and the best sunsets. Lots of shops around. Just all perfect. We took the bus to Puerto de Mogan. One bus to Puerto Rico then another to Mogan. Very easy. You catch the bus at the first round about. A little walk from the hotel. Please do not be put off by the negative reviews. The pool is great with lovely views. Evening entertainment over the road was great. Kids liked it! And there’s a bar too and lots of arcade fun. There is just nothing we didn’t enjoy. There was no options below one start, hence one star. NOT a seafront as claimed in the description. Food was Awful. I went all inclusive DRINKS included. Asked for a mojito and was told not part of the deal. A very very very basic hotel. I paid for sea view room: what a joke. I wasted my time. I feel cheated. I mean don't come expecting a 4 start hotel simple. Resort far from other more exciting resorts so I was stuck there for the duration of my holiday. Would I recommend this hotel ? Hell no
