The structure presented by us is located in a strategic position, with a wonderful view of the Abbey of Badia a Passignano and the Chianti hills. Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km.
