Everything was great, just only 1 of the night wanted to order room service, but they told us they were busy only can procced to the resturant to eat. Other then this everything is great there.

Same issue for room assignment for group of friends/ family. Staffs reaction is mostly ignorance and really don’t care what guests feel, like or really happy if their request can be done. Things will get better if transparent information is provided right at these first steps of check in process. This is 3rd times, I got the same problem and they showed no care. The reasons I kept coming back and complaining is because they are only 5 star in Tay Ninh. If the second one shows up, I am gonna leave them forever.
No matter how many times I come back, there would be no welcome fruit till I complained something they did not address and accommodate upon check in. I am fed of telling the same issue for every time I check in. Traveling together as a group, the most important thing is we can stay on the floor for easier communication and gathering and they failed our exễpctation

Stay 5 nights but disappointed with buffet breakfast. Almost every morning the food is 90% the same. So after 2 days of breakfast, begin to feel sick of the breakfast

Amazing service once again. When I arrived in my room the staff had set up a heart on my bed made out of roses. Which I did request and they did very good. They also had a note in the room for me and my wife congratulating us on our recent marriage and gave us a couple of very nice deserts. It was their 30 year anniversary which we attended, amazing food and drinks all for free. The cleanliness of everything is amazing. The staff always impress me and the staff at the gym were very nice and helped me around. I will definitely come back when I visit Vietnam again.

Hi I am a traveller from Singapore. One of the best 5 star hotel in Tay Ninh. Visited the Ba Den Mountain by cable and I could view the various pagodas and Buddhists statuses. Nice scenery of the mountain from the hotel even at the restaurant at the 6th floor. Staffs are nice and friendly. I would strongly recommend if travellers are in Tay Ninh.
