Everything is really nice. The owner is such a beautiful, elegant and polite lady. Love my time there. The light in the room is perfect to take selfie. 😬 also the location is like close to everywhere.

女主人很熱情，房間非常乾淨整潔，酒店地理位置很好，出門就是小眾逛街的地方，離地鐵5分鐘，門口有超市麥當勞，酒店提供自助早餐，超級適合citywalk的休息地，洗澡水也很給力，小院子可以看星星。非常棒的體驗。

Natia, the owner of this beautiful hotel, created such a nice experience for us! She is the best example of Georgian hospitality, was always ready to help and prepared a delicious breakfast that had a great variety and many home-made products (cheese, baked goods, sour cream, compote…). The coffee was also good. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and with a cozy balcony, had a mini bar and bath robes. We really enjoyed the comfort and hospitality and wished we could stay there for longer :)

Wonderful little family hotel. The owner pays a lot of attention to details, and gets up very early to bake for the delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great shower that doesn’t spray everywhere. Large, good-to-sleep-in bed. Two pillows per person: a thin one and a thicker one. Just like in a luxury hotel! (Actually, that’s how the whole stay felt: all the comforts of an expensive hotel-but with the personal touch and attention of a family place). Queue side street with parking in front of the hotel. Very close to the Rustaveli Metro station (they even gave us a card for the Metro, but you can also pay by credit card). Old town is also a just a 15-20 walk away. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Pleasant bilingual staff that went out of their way to help us feel at home. We were relocated here after an undesirable situation at the first hotel we booked. Very happy we made the change. Location is ideal in the historical district, but far enough Shota Rustaveli street so that there is no street noise. Roughly a 3 minute walk to Shota, where there is loads to see and experience. If you turn the other direction there are lots of trails to hike in the mountains. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

This hotel was magnificent. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Natia was the most lovely and kind host. Breakfast was traditional Georgian food, and it was delicious. The room had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. It was a short walk to the tourist area, but far enough away that there were many wonderful local restaurants to choose from. This place is the absolute best.

If you want to discover the city by walking around the city this place is for you. The owner is one of the kindest person we met and she is working 24/7 for you to have the best experince. One of the best boutiqe hotels in town.

Небольшой очень уютный отель в центре Тбилиси, находится на улице с минимумом транспорта в трех минутах ходьбы от метро Руставели. Великолепное сочетание цена - качество! Свежий ремонт, все в хорошем состоянии. Все комнаты разные, мы жили в просторном номере 204 с видом на улицу и большой ванной комнатой с окнами. Очень чисто, хорошая сантехника и напор воды, индивидуальные кондиционеры с обогревом, стабильный интернет 27 Мб/сек. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, и холодные и горячие блюда. Каждый день что-то разное, то котлеты и омлет, то яичница и кебаб, то каши и сосиски… Все время разные сыры и колбасы, творог, сметана и т.д. Главный бриллиант отеля - это его хозяйка Натия. Такого искреннего гостеприимства и желания помочь я давно не встречал. Огромное спасибо!!! Комнаты в отеле расположены на втором и третьем этажах, лифта нет. Для людей с ограниченной мобильностью этот отель не подходит.

Tertemiz, şık, merkeze yakın şirin bir otel. Yürüme mesafesinde bir çok restoran kulüp var. Odalar görsellerdeki gibi, kahvaltılar müthiş, sahibesi Natia hep işin başında, bize çok güzel poğaçalar tatlılar yaptı. Süper bir 4 gün geçirdik. Natia ya çok teşekkür ederiz.

Das Hotel liegt in eine der üblichen heruntergekommenen Seitenstraßen. Zur großen Hauptstraße Rustaveli sind es keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Auch zur Standseilbahn kann man in 15 Minuten laufen. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man Restaurants, Cafés, kleine Shops und die Metro Station. Das kleine Hotel selbst wirkt frisch renoviert und sehr freundlich. Alle unsere vier gebuchten Zimmer waren individuell und liebevoll gestaltet, ausreichend groß und sauber. Minibar, Mineralwasser, Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Im Innenhof gab es einen großen Tisch auf einer kleinen Terrasse. Die Inhaberin war rund um die Uhr für uns da, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie bot zur Wunschzeit ein hervorragendes Frühstück für ca. 8 Euro mit vielen eigenen und selbst gemachten Produkten. Es gab Rührei, gekochtes Ei, Würstchen oder Buletten, abwechselnde selbst gezauberte Salate, Wurst, Käse, Cerealien, dazu Honig und verschiedene Marmeladen, Obst und Gemüse, herzhafte Kreationen im Teigmantel, Kuchen, Muffins, Joghurtvariationen. Dazu servierte die Inhaberin persönlich Tee oder Kaffeevariationen. Einfach hervorragend. Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

Были в этом отеле неделю, всё очень понравилось. Хозяйка Натия окружила вниманием и заботой. Завтраки просто потрясающие, всё по домашнему. Отель расположен в самом центре Тбилиси рядом с метро Руставели. Пешком можно дойти до всех достопримечательностей города
