This is a perfect hotel!

Just so so. The breakfast is very simple. My room was not cleaned next morning

Плюсы: Хорошее расположение, питание включено, чисто, постельное белоснежное, посторонних запахов в помещении нет, есть зубная счета, и шампуни/гели. Минусы: Очень тонкие стены, слышно все, как кто то моется, как сливают воду, как разговаривают в коридоре и в номере( такое ощущение что стоят над тобой ) , когда горничная пылесосит это просто невыносимо, спать вы точно не будете, а если она в этот момент будет говорить по телефону то вы ощутите себя на концерте. Питание не плохое, но проблемы с чашками для кофе, из либо нет либо уже осталась одна, две.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at Best Western Tbilisi from May 10-14, 2025. Below is a breakdown of the issues I encountered: Unreliable Air Conditioning: Upon check-in, I was not informed by the hotel staff that the AC had been down for several days. The room was unbearably hot (around 2:00 PM), and when I reported it, I was told the AC was off due to anticipated cool weather. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed that a technician could only address the issue the following day. I was left with no AC for the night, with the only suggestion being to keep the balcony door open. Telephone Issues: The telephone in the room wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the reception to report each issue in person, which was incredibly inconvenient. Unhelpful Front Desk Staff: The front desk staff was unresponsive and appeared helpless. They repeatedly stated they could not turn on the AC or offer a refund due to hotel policy. I requested a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, but they refused without offering any viable solution. The hotel manager was either on vacation or unavailable and did not respond to calls from the front desk. Lack of Customer Service: Despite these multiple issues, the hotel staff seemed indifferent, offering no real assistance. The staff’s attitude was disappointing, especially given Best Western’s reputation for customer service. Only after involving the local police was I granted a full refund for my stay. This entire experience ruined my trip, and I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options when staying in Tbilisi. I would expect much better customer service from a brand like Best Western, and I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these issues to avoid future complaints.

It's the cosiest hotel in the center of Tbilisi. Wonderful people work in the hotel! They made our trip excellent. It was wonderful! The rooms comfortly furnitured. Comfortable bed and armchairs, balcony , it's so amazing!The breakfasts are diversed and delicious. Great employees of the Best Western make this hotel the best in the city! Excellent staff❤️Lika,Lizi and Natia are always ready to assist you. Located in the centre of the city. Comfortable and Clean Rooms Would recommend it for sure.Restaurant service was good and mostly liked the Ceaser Salad and "Kachapuri" the Georgian Dish was great

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western in Tbilisi! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What truly made the experience memorable was the warm and friendly service. A special thank you to Elena at the reception—she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile. She made check-in smooth and went out of her way to assist with anything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be back!

Very delighted hotel, staff members are professionals, especially Lizi and lika. Also Mariam who helped us in a difficult situation. I would definitely go there because they are so friendly so hospitable exactly the kind of people who should be working on hospitality industry. The rooms are clean really good kept definitely recommended.

It has been a great experience staying at BW City Centre Tabilisi, special mention would be Natia and her efforts to make things easier for us right from arranging on the way lunch packets, to cabs and her recommendations on local spots to explore. Thank you Natia for all your help! Area of improvement: Breakfast spread is limited and can be made richer.

Love staying at the Best Western City Centre Tbilisi hotel. Hospitality and services are excellent . Love to visit here again with family and for longer duration.Room services and cleanliness are best here. Very caring staff , always happy to help and available 24/7. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Amazing Hotel! 10/10 This hotel is fantastic! The staff are wonderful, and the restaurant is great. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Lika and Lizi—they were incredibly helpful, kind, and polite. I highly recommend this hotel—definitely a 100% recommendation!
