Top location in front of the Te Anau lake and 1,5 -2 hours drive to Milford Sound. There are plenty of trails and other activities nearby. Includes a good Jimmy Cook restaurant with local cuisine and outstanding view to the lake & mountains! Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms, a bit outdated. But overall a good stay

Location is not too far from central - walking distance. Nice millennium hotel with bathtub, nice bed and good service. Breakfast basic though. No gym or sauna. Free parking! Comes with a nice lakefront view!

The 2 rooms were clean and spacious but we had to take the stairs to get to our rooms since there is no lifts available. We had to carry 6 bags up😔😔😔

It is a clean and tranquil place. The service and food are great. One shortcoming is the insulation not so perfect. You can hear someone chatting in neighbouring rooms and noise like someone snoring in somewhere on the late night.

All the staff at the breakfast restaurant were so helpful and friendly.

The hotel facilities are really old. If I have better options, I wouldn’t choose it.

Hotel facing the lake and very tranquil. Amenities were quite complete with microwave and utensils.

We stayed for two nights and loved the hotel. Front desk was helpful and friendly, everything was okay in our room. It was very cold when we were there and they gave us an extra heater. I was a bit concerned about some negative reviews before our arrival but, all went very well. We have not a single thing to complain about. The hotel is a 10-minutes walk from the streets with bars and restaurants. Most rooms have a nice lake view. Excellent budget hotel.

Nice service and friendly staffs .. amazing lake view

The hotel is located at one side of the lake. The facilities are quite dated. I can hear people next door talking. Not many choices at the breakfasts. Close to the restaurants.
