I booked a unit through Trip.com, a well-established travel website, expecting a smooth experience. However, upon arrival, things quickly went downhill. The guard at the gate had no knowledge of the UHA management, causing immediate confusion and frustration. Thankfully, the guard called another property management company, Nest Home, who kindly provided a contact for UHA management.
After verifying our booking, UHA demanded a copy of our NRIC/driving licence and an unexpected RM200 deposit before releasing the unit number and check-in details. This was not communicated beforehand, and we were unprepared. The entire check-in process took over an hour, which is extremely unacceptable.
The property itself was poorly managed. The TV was broken and not replaced, the toilet and sink were dirty, and the tap was shaky. Additionally, our RM200 deposit was not refunded within 24 hours as promised. It was only after constant reminders that we finally received our money back. Overall, the stay was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless all the above mentioned is resolve.
