KSL Hot Spring Resort recensioner

Very clean!!! And beds are comfortable, aircon is cold, the hot spring is nice. Only basic amenities available (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush) would be nice to have a comb or cotton buds. Location is quite far off and nothing ard the hotel but no prob la anywhere also we grab. Plus there is minimart on the property. However, the hotel is quite dim in general! Some ppl would prefer this for the peace and quiet atmosphere.

Use to be my favourite place to stay long time ago cos it’s new and well maintained.. now it’s still acceptable just that the toilet tiles stains etc needs to have more upkeeping

Enjoyed my stay. Room and toilet are both spacious and clean. And the reception is kind enough to allow me a late check-out. The downside are the amenities. - the fridge seems to be broken, and not working - as a hot spring resort, it only opens betweem 4pm to 8pm is kinda weird - the breakfast is kind of a letdown compare to the hotel But overall, it was a great stay and I jad a good night sleep.

This is our N times staying at KSL Hotel,unfortunately, the room this time was not satisfactory, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were stains on the toilet seat, which made me afraid to use it. I had to place a piece of tissue on it every time. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making it uncomfortable to bath. Furthermore, they did not provide a shower cap. We’ve stayed here many times but never went down for breakfast. This time, we finally got up early to check it out. The variety was limited, with outdoor seating and basic items like bread and curry. We haven’t tried the hot spring before,maybe we’ll check it out next time. As regular guests of KSL Resort, we sincerely hope that the management will take our feedback seriously and make improvements.

The hotel room was cosy and quiet. Good stay for holiday and buffet breakfast was delicious too. Hot spring is comfortable and nice.

The hotel branded itself “Hot Springs Resort” but the hot springs only open at 4pm and closes at 8pm. Which is not the smartest idea. Room we stayed in was clean. Toilet was slippery due to the tiles and aircon for some reason got disrupted at 12am. Calling the room service hotline was bad. No one answers the 5-6 calls I made. I was about to head down to the front desk and I saw the technician outside the room. Multiple rooms aircon were affected. Overall the stay was okay. It’s a pity that we could not use the hotspring cause of the short opening hours.

Comfy bed, clean room, just the smoke smell not being filtered or cleared. The hotel floor amd room full of cigarretee smokes residual.

KSL Hot Spring Resort is Not understanding at all. Especially when I’ve explained and uploaded photo as proof. Still couldn’t get my refund. I’m deeply disappointed and will not attempt to book it again. Luckily have not even stayed as there are poor comment too. :/ FYI: family and I have been looking forward to the trip but was held up at the custom. It’s not a purposely booked and not show up. It involve money to even book why should I even not show up. Well, strongly not recommended.

Stayed here a couple of times. The location is not the most convenient, but it is quieter than the busy areas. There’s a nice hot spring and some amenities like the gym and swimming pool. However, the rooms are a little old and dirty (can tell from the bedsheets). Good value for money nonetheless!

Located in the heart of town, this hotel offers great value with reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly. While the Wi-Fi could be faster, the breakfast buffet is excellent, nice gym, the pool and hot spring area are relaxing. A solid choice for a convenient and affordable stay.

Good place to stay on the weekend. Need to book in advance to get better price
